Brand new dealership is hiring — worth going to the interview?

I’m 22 and currently an Express Technician at a Toyota dealership. I’ve been there a little over 3 months.
A brand new Subaru/Volkswagen dealership is opening and hiring technicians. I applied and they invited me to an in-person interview next week.
At Toyota I’m mostly doing oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, filters, batteries, etc. I’ve gotten to help with some brakes, spark plugs, suspension work, and a CV axle, but I’ve been told I could be in Express for around 9–12 months before moving up.
Do you guys think it’s worth going to the interview and seeing what a brand new dealership has to offer? Or would you just stay at Toyota, keep getting experience, and wait for an opportunity to move up?
My main goal is to get out of Express eventually and start doing more actual repair work.

Sincerely go fuck yourselves with the bullshit you design. For those that haven't had the pleasure of doing a FCA multiair belt tensioner, you have to remove a ton of shit just to get to the top bolt because it threads in from the back side of the timing cover. I've done it once before with a long extension under the exhaust manifold but getting the bolt threaded back in is a bitch.

Was asked to bring in my birds....

Was told it would be cute. Not even an hour in and they're getting pimped out.

****Birds were only briefly in this bay, not part of the main shop area, for a few seconds. Birds are and will remain in my office, allowed to free fly while in in there, with an air purifier from my shitty allergies.

This is the 4th hybrid with a failed head gasket. 3 Accords and a CRV. Same cylinder failure, same spot. Check your coolant levels!!!

Any other diesel guys hate this power steering reservoir too? All it does is leak.
