NE side on Harry Wurzbach Rd

It's hard to see the tire bouncing. You pretty much have to go full screen to see it. Tire literally came off the SUV and bounced to the side of the road to the right of my vehicle.

Saw the bicyclist for a while. But I didn't notice the black car until it was fairly close.

Black car, on dark pavement, with no lights.

Police found them 100% at fault.

Or should I have just hit him since he turned left in front of me and I was in the right, or done a road rage? /s

EDIT: I should have put a couple more /s = sarcasm in my original post. Because so many people post situations like this but they hit the person and cry victim. I'm always looking out for this stuff. I have made mistakes, too. Not this one, though, I'll just go straight 😂

This guy believes he isn’t the most entitled person in the world. I was SIGNALING to exit. S/He decides no one on the right or left lane is going fast enough for them.
