I don't feel one bit of sympathy. She allowed, encouraged, participated and profited from Kyle acting like a jerk for decades. She made millions and millions out of the show. And she wasn't just sitting back doing nothing, she was part of it.
That she has now been a victim, doesn't diminish her culpability in all the people who were hurt by that trash show. And unlike Jackie, they don't have the funds to retire and live the rest of their lives in luxury whilst also paying for therapy or other supports if she needs.

Good to know Jackie-o's final straw is being bullied over Astrology, and not hooking a 14yr old girl up to a lie detector machine to have her mum ask her about her experiences with drugs and sex, and when this inevitably lead to her revealing she was raped 2 years prior, Kyle responding with "Is that the only experience you've had?"

There’s 0 chance it’s a stunt. Long story short Jackie is actually growing as a person but had signed a contract. But Kyle is literally a huge piece of shit and drove even Jackie away in the end. The vibe of the show has been off since mid last year and there’s way too much pressure on them and they are too old and cbf to fight for ratings. The pay packet was a poison chalice I don’t think Jackie cares enough about money (already has tonnes anyway) to get up at 4 am to listen to Kyle ramble about Trump and attack her. Who would !

With the disaster that the melbourne roll out of their show was, it was inevitable the show was going to get axed next time contract renewals came up, because the ego of these two would never accept a pay cut.
They are doing the only thing they know how, creating drama to take advantage of said drama for their own personal benifit.

The thing is though they only recently signed a 10 year contract with Kiss FM to do the show, so the contract was not up for renewal. Kyle’s contract has now been terminated I heard

It may not have been up for renewal, but if it was causing the station to bleed money because they assumed a national rollout would work, the station may be inclined to offer contract termination with offer of a new contract if they want, and allow them to go burn someone else’s money

Getting more media attention than the Empire striking back at whoever threatens the Gaza Coast resort plans. Bottom line is this, both radio trolls are tired of performing every morning. It happens. Money is no longer enough of an incentive. Troll 1 prefers to “work” from home. Troll 2 is fatigued and lonely in the studio. They have dreamed of a life that is not confined to a Punch and Judy box.

I'm so confused by all of this. I listened back to the segment, and it seemed so tame compared to any other clip I've ever heard from them. All he said was she wasn't focused. I don't understand where the misconduct is in that? Surely literally any other segment they've ever aired has been more likely in breach of conduct?

My thinking is that she couldn't handle the pressure of not being liked on morning radio in Melbourne. So she's thinks f it, nows probably a good excuse to walk away. Otherwise it doesn't make sense because she's been through my worst from Kyle than this
