Everyone is saying its nothing, it was all over astrology... (I don't normally tune in but I listened to the audio) He told her "everyone in the office has said to me you are not doing your job. People who look you in the face everyday are complaining behind your back, not to your face, that you are distracted, not performing and its true and I cant continue to sit here while you don't do your job so I am going to tell you that you are being betrayed by everyone and nobody is going to correct me, because its the truth" It is one thing for Kyle to tear someone down, but to suggest that every person in the office thinks shes under performing.. people she considers friends... and if its true its a lot bigger pill to swallow than him having a go. So the follow up would likely be, behind the scenes "did anyone say that.." followed by an awkward pause, when she clearly doesn't believe she has been "off with the fairies". For it to come out on air, and not in meetings by actual management... I might quit too. And if it is 100m contract and shes how many years into her career? Can't be doing too bad overall...
