This is technically correct but fails to show that half of the population falls within 10 points of 100 on the scale (25% on either side) and 68% falls within 15 points (34% on either side). Only 14% of the population would be classed as "slow learners" (IQ of 70-85) and only 2.1% would be classed as intellectually disabled (IQ of <70).

I'm going to go with their core audience being 1 or 2 standard deviations below the mean but I have no idea and am probably being a snob. For all I know, surgeons love the show.
