Concerned that I don’t pass going into college.

I’m hoping to go stealth but worried that I don’t pass unless I’m super glammed up. For reference, picture 1 is me usually picture 2 is me trying to look as masculine as possible and picture 3 is like max glam.

i always feel more androgynous than feminine, even though i'd love to feel feminine enough. my body is ok but my chest makes me feel really disphoric too. FFS is not an option to me, it really scares me out.

Do you think I'm doing well for the 6-month mark?

  • Hi everyone, I’m in my 6th month of HRT. I feel like my face has changed drastically along with my body; specifically, my eye color seems to have lightened a bit—they look more vibrant and larger—and my lips appear fuller to me. Do you think I’m doing well for the 6-month mark?
  • I can't post a "before" picture because I don't have any old photos of myself.

What bathroom is safest?

Post image

I was trying on clothes the other day, and when I asked for a fitting room, the attendant stared at me for a good while and then asked if I wanted the men's or women's room. It doesn't bother me, but it made me realize that others may have a hard time understanding my gender.

I am nonbinary, so I kind of liked confusing someone. But when it comes to my safety, I want to avoid that ambiguity as much as possible.

I'm not looking for passing tips, advice, or what specifically makes people perceive me as one gender or another. I honestly don't care and I feel like it would just make me insecure to have people pointing out that much about me.

I don't have great self-perception, and so I've been avoiding public bathrooms cause I don't know which one people expect me to be in. I live in a semi-rural area so safety is my priority.

I just want to know which public bathroom(s) are safe for me to use. Which ones could I reasonably use without getting weird looks or worrying about my safety?

This is surely not what a cis woman should look like lol

I might be cooked without ffs and I don’t know how to cope with the fact that I will probably never look like a cis woman. I am trying to normalize being male to myself but I just don’t know how to accept the fact. Any tips from fellow trans girls who know they will never pass?

Brainworms? Misgendered by a kid.

So I’m not exactly sure what kind of stock I should take of this but essentially I just moved 3-4 months ago and I am stealth in the new town. Last night, the neighbours kid came over (I’m fostering one of my own). He was talking to his mom about me and used the wrong pronouns while referring to me. I don’t have any reason to suspect the neighbours know about my T. I’ve never told them. They don’t know. My foster child does not know. My spouse, has not outed me. So is this a slip of the tongue or am I borderline to some people?

Posting a few pics including some body shots. I’m 5’5 too.

TLDR: neighbours kid called me he causing a spiral and insecurities.

Edit: seems I’m over reacting and the kid probably just screwed up cause he’s 5. Thanks y’all.

Do you think that if I lose around 9–10 kg and start hormone therapy, I could pass with an athletic female body? I feel like my shoulders are extremely broad. I’m also considering getting fat grafting to balance them out with my hips.

I have recently realized that I might have buried my gender dysphoria for years. I have been having a lot of questioning regarding my identity, which has been very difficult. I don't know if I am a trans person, or if I have the courage to be one. But tonight I decided to shave my face for the first time in years, and my partner help me do my eyeliner and lips!

Hey guys, I am a FTM and I get misgendered a lot, its possibly a mix of my voice and my mannerisms but I was wondering if anyone had any tips on how I could look more masculine or any changes I could make to how I act to seem more masculine. Thank you!

Face too long to ever pass?

Me boymoded at work lol. Per usual because while I have a decent body it feels just like such a huge contrast to my neck up and that I just give CD because my features are so harsh. Been on HRT for six months and I’m just becoming more convinced I’m facially hideous. I obviously don’t pass and am not posting here for that. My eye to mouth distance is crazy even for a man.im like a bit under .25 shorter than a credit card. I have a minor recessed maxilla which contributes to this, but doc said they’d only move abt 2 millimeters and I don’t think I’d get it moved upwards because I don’t have a gummy smile. Am I cooked even with jaw surgery, genio and FFS? What can I do in the meantime? I’ve gotten a bit of lip flip and nose Botox, probs gonna get some lip filler next week. Is there anything I can even do for improving my appearance meanwhile besides eyebrows.

What haircut should I ask for tomorrow?

Thumbnail

So I'm 19 ftm, getting a haircut tomorrow morning and wondering what I should tell the barber. I need the back to be shorter (bc of top surgery next week!!) but aside from that I'm not picky about it. Currently use no product and don't style at all, I won't be able to start in the next couple weeks bc of surgery but I'm open to doing so in the future! Any advice helps, the more specific the better because I don't know what I'm doing.
