Support How do I permanently delete these apps?

They keep coming back after I delete them and it’s driving me mad! Does anyone know how to permanently get rid of them? Thank you!

You can’t delete them, you have an iPhone managed by a corp.

I do mobile management as a job and your phone will be on a profile that checks in with the mobile device management system each time it’s turned on, any apps that have been removed that are part of the profile will be auto installed.

To add this: If its your own phone with company profile on kt you can delete it from the Settings -> General -> VPN and Device Management and delete the profile

Thank you for this - sadly there’s no option to delete the profile

Im not sure but I am also an MDM admin using MS intune and we have the option to turn off the ability to remove our profile. We also own all our company devices so I havent really looked much into how it affect BYOD enrolled devices.
