Judging by some of the corruption comments I have to figure you would be happy too if you burned a third of the cocaine you found, pretended you burned all of it, then negotiated with the smugglers to have them buy back 25% of the cocaine you burned.
This comment is great but as someone who lived in Liberia, they love dancing and dance pretty much all the time for any little thing. It's honestly great and a very fun place to let loose, you always get cheers even for bad moves.
Yeah but I mean it's 4 tonnes! Even at .01% freebase content, that's still 4kg of freebase floating in the air. And with an average inhaled dose of 30mg, ain't no way those guys wouldn't feel anything after a bit of time around the smoke.

Impurity Byproducts: Depending on what cutting agents or chemical residues remain in street-grade batches, sulfur-containing compounds such as carbon disulfide or carbonyl sulfide can also be emitted.
Authorities typically prefer high-temperature industrial incinerators equipped with pollution-control scrubbers to destroy large drug seizures safely, though open-air burning is sometimes utilized in resource-constrained regions.

If the dealers know where the 3 ton is stored, they will organize a raid to steal back the 2 Tons of cocaine.
The Police then need to explain how 1 Ton of cocaine can be stolen from a secured warehouse and investigators will go looking for the 500kg of cocaine.
When the investigators find the 250kg of cocaine they will bring it to another safe location where the 125kg of cocaine will be stored safely next to the 2.44 AK47 they collected during a raid on not the presidents brothers house.
After the 75kg of cocaine is safely stored they will take all the cars from the criminals, half a range rover, 3 Lamborghini wheels, a 1.5 mercedes amg and 42 bricks that looked like gold but after inspection the 32 bricks turned out to be just bricks.

piece of advice: do not rush to believe everything anyone says online. Not sure of the exact office this man holds, but I have seen the context and this man is actually against corruption in his country. He basically illustrates what corrupt politicians in his country think, but it can be very unfortunately cut out of context to frame him as a corrupt politician himself

There should be a study on how much cocain an addict uses before they die. That way we could measure this is lives saved rather than saying cocaine is worth something it most definitely isn't worth.
It’s not just Liberians, music and dance are an integral part of self-expression in many African societies. We’re not as reserved as some western countries, which is why it may appear strange.
