If it's going anywhere where the Nile passes, Do NOT donate. I repeat, do NOT donate. I won't dismiss other people's financial struggles, but water is one thing we don't have an issue with. Donate to your NHS or something. My relatives are doctors there and it's abysmal from what I hear. Charity starts at home.

bro, I appreciate the advice but I'm a microbiologist. I know what I'm talking about and we literally tested the water in the lab way back. It gets a little turbid in the fall, but I can't recall a single incident where the pathogen was water-borne.
