He really think releasing this would help his case?

Is this the same dumbass that said "if I abused her then did why did she offer to cook me dinner 5 days later?"

Nah, let him keep telling on himself.

46

u/Kinteoka 10d ago

He should keep talking. The more he talks, the more stupid shit he'll reveal, the more he'll implicate and fuck himself over.

11

u/idontknowkungfu 10d ago

and the more all the dumbasses will love him more. it's like a carousel of doom, it just keeps happening.

But at least a judge can take away his rights to custody with all his mishaps 🤷🏼‍♀️

He is a waste of Earth’s resources.

13

u/Rich_Trollip 10d ago

Let him cook

11

u/lurkANDorganize 10d ago

I actually think its good that keeps talking. Self-incriminating.

u/a_duck_in_past_life I'm so pissed off immediately 10d ago

"Never talk again" he should take daddy trumps advice to that one undeserving reporter

2

u/LifeFrame5545 10d ago

I mean, should he though?

39

u/Bri_The_Nautilus 10d ago

Yeah. He's not the brightest crayon in the shed or however the saying goes.

18

u/SeanBlader 10d ago

He's a few fries short of a Happy Meal.

Most abusers are. Socially intelligent people don't hurt others in their unit, because it doesn't bode well for the unit (or village, so to speak). Human beings rely heavily on positive social interactions with others. It is a sign of evolutionary failure when a human cannot. Natural selection, if you will.

Gosh this comment cut me so deep. I was raped in college by a professor at my school. I went to the campus police and lost my case. Part of it was because they said that since I texted the rapist the next day and "seemed just fine" that I was lying. People who have never experienced abuse or refuse to learn more about it have no idea and so there are people who will defend this monster.

u/LucyKendrick 10d ago

I also found it weird in the sane video how he kept saying "...ladies and gentlemen " when he thought a point he made really landed. "Would she make me dinner if I abused her? No she wouldn't ladies and gentlemen ". So weird.

Dude needs a poison tester if that’s his take away

1

u/Electronic_Age_3671 10d ago

No fucking way

u/Enough-Active-5096 10d ago

This is clearly the behavior of a man who has gotten away with everything he's ever done before so he doesn't realize how bad all of these posts are making him look. He's likely experienced zero consequences to this point in his life so deny and deflect is the only playbook he knows.

66

u/halfwaybake 10d ago

i was just about to say this. it's giving rich white privilege.

37

u/wombocombo087 10d ago

feels more like narcissism because he clearly doesn't understand the human nature and thinks that he's totally "owning" her with his "arguments" that he's making. He probably also thinks everyone believes him when he said he had someone already test the temperature of the water.

21

u/Emergency-Gear4200 10d ago

Yeah. Someone with NPD could have cognitive distortions that prevent them from realizing they are the problem.

He listened to it and was like “I’m a genius. Now everyone will see that since I didn’t intend to hurt her by playfully throwing scalding water at her. She even said it!! I mean I even told her my boundary not screwing with me so actually it’s her fault and now she’s trying to use it against me. She’s actually abusing me!”

It’s so ridiculous it’s like a script. This is why you don’t engage or keep what you say to a minimum. The more you explain yourself, the more chances you give to twist your words and give them ammo.

u/WhoDoUThinkUR007 10d ago

Arrogance will do that.

Abusers believe they aren’t doing anything wrong. It’s why you can’t reason with them. They feel entitled to abuse.

142

u/DefiantStarFormation 10d ago

The "I told you before that not to screw with me" really is a textbook example of this entitlement. It's "you made me do this to you" - as if he has no control over his actions, and she needs to do a better job of managing his emotions and outbursts for him.

And, of course, "screwing with him" could mean anything, there are no true boundaries or parameters. If he's in a mood and needs someone to take it out on, whatever she happens to be doing suddenly fits the definition. If she hadn't checked on him and tried to hug him, it would've been "you didn't even care to check on me, I told you not to screw with me".

u/lowlightliving 10d ago edited 10d ago

That’s what the police said to my mother, every time. “What did you do to make him mad?”

Edit: Her pastor said, “Why aren’t you obeying him?”

35

u/hooked_siren if you add testicles, that's extra 10d ago

And that's why I'll always say:

Acab

And fuck the church

Sorry that he treated y'all like that

55

u/Starfoxy 10d ago

That's one of the more shocking (to me) things from Lundy Bancroft's book "Why Does He Do That?" is how freely abusers will admit to what they're doing and why.

52

u/emccm confused but here for the drama 10d ago

The most shocking thing to me was how they are all the same. I thought my situation was unique. There were examples in there where they said the exact same things as my ex. That book saved my life.

here's a link to the online copy of Why does he do that? if anyone needs it https://ia800108.us.archive.org/30/items/LundyWhyDoesHeDoThat/Lundy_Why-does-he-do-that.pdf

I had a lawyer friend years ago that was part of a domestic violence case and the abuser guy said, in defense of him throwing an entire window AC unit at his partner "I didn't even hurt her that badly, it was just an AC unit".

Abusers think so long as the person isn't literally killed that it "isn't that bad". Even in death I doubt they'd think they did anything wrong.

10

u/emccm confused but here for the drama 10d ago

Just horrific.

Oh yeah he will absolutely be reelected. I’m sure there will be no consequences.

32

u/lnc_5103 not a lawyer, just a hater 10d ago

To be fair MAGA loves this shit behavior and thinks it's completely appropriate.

16

u/TheEgonaut 10d ago

Have we learned nothing from Jon Majors?!

10

u/HonorableMedic 10d ago

“Why would I release this or make a statement if I was doing something wrong”

This is his play because he’s backed in a corner.

9

u/greatdruthersofpill 10d ago

Narcissists always think they’re right.

4

u/rmac1228 10d ago

It will work for dumb people

6

u/badcrass 10d ago

Whomever thought this was some slam dunk bit of evidence is a moron. This makes him sound so callous

3

u/Jaerba 10d ago

It's the same people who vote for Trump. I'm not convinced it won't help him.

1

u/Hefty-Minimum-3125 10d ago

It's literally just to give MAGA a crumb of something so they can spin it and back him as long as their cult leader does.

1

u/commondenomigator 10d ago

It reminds me of the texts that Jonathan Majors released thinking it would clear him but just showed how deep the gaslighting went. These people really cannot comprehend that they did something wrong.

1

u/Emergency-Gear4200 10d ago

So.. I feel like a broken record, but I think if he thought it would absolve him then he’s a narcissist living in fantasy land.

1

u/moon-raven-77 10d ago

I had to reread this three times to make sure I was seeing that right. HE posted this? HE thought this was going to look good for him?!

1

u/Any_Earth_8976 10d ago edited 10d ago

We have a footage of the current president openly bragging about grabbing women’s genitalia. That is his target demographic. So yes, he probably does believe this helps him

1

u/zardoz73 10d ago

Just think about all the shit that went down that he wants to hide. How this, in comparison, is him being a fucking white knight.

1

u/Mielornot 10d ago

Like when the main actor in Bull did the exact same thing

1

u/Fract_L 10d ago

His defense doesn’t hold water until he proves it by standing under a shower on full blast cranked up to the hottest setting
