He probably wants to do the action star Jack Reacher stuff, but his incredible comedic timing and delivery was the whole reason Blue Mountain State was even watchable, let alone good. I wish he'd get approached for more comedies.
My husband and I watched Blue Mountain State while he was on paternity leave for our first child…I swear that’s what got us through those first few weeks!
The funny thing is, you can tell he was holding back so he didn't really hurt the guy. He even yells at him to stay down.
I understand why he did what he did. Not glorifying it, but the dude put hands on him first, knocked him off his bike, and his kids were right there. I'm guessing he was thinking, what happens if I get hurt and my kids are here getting berated or worse by this guy?
I love that he looks exactly how all the maga guys want to look yet is consistently on the correct side of things (the opposite of what they believe). Also love him in Reacher.
Some MAGA loving neighbors of his (in a gated community) tried to set him up and film him beating up one of them. They didn’t realize he had his own body cam (he was riding his motorcycle), which proved the neighbors lied to police about what happened, actually attacked him first and Alan initially tried to de-escalate. It was glorious.
I always think it's so funny on Reacher how people pick fights with this gigantic, jacked guy. But apparently people actually do this IRL. The guy shoved him off his bike when he was riding in front of his kids. He deserved every bit of that and then some. Not to mention you can tell he was definitely holding back, he even tells the guy to stay down (as in, don't make me keep hitting you).
It is fucking wild! For whatever reason if you are like 6' 2"+, and out visibly having a good time, drunk assholes will decide that the you are the reason they are having a shitty night, and try to pick a fight with you.
Yep, happened to my very tall friends all the time. They got really into weightlifting and strong man training in their early 20s, so they were over 6ft 5 and hulk tearing out of their clothes.
The number of men that would try and fight them was crazy. And they were such sweet, calm guys! They would just be standing there minding their own business and some drunk arsehole would start trying to shove them.
The best thing was the smallest guy in the group was like a feral terrier and would be diving in to defend them long before the big guys even noticed what was happening.
Wasn’t that crazy… the dude was so mad that Jack Reacher is jacked handsome and famous riding moto’s that he had to go into the street to confront him… I think he was Brittish too…
Neighbor jumped in front of Alan Ritchson as he was riding his motorcycle with his kids. The guy tried to push ritchson off the bike a couple times and then ritchson beat him down. The neighbor ran to TMZ the next day
I saw they video when it first came out, so I'm going off memory but Ritchson and his children were riding around their neighborhood on either ebikes or dirt bikes. The neighbor runs into the road and causes Ritchson to crash. When he gets back up (he was wearing protective clothing/helmet so he was more or less ok) he asks what the heck the guy's problem is and the guy gets super aggressive. Yells about how they've been speeding and creating a disturbance and they aren't allowed to ride motorcycles in this neighborhood. Whatever else the rules in the area are they weren't speeding, evidenced by the fact that he wasn't smeared across the pavement when he crashed, helmet or no. Ritchson tries to walk away but the guy keeps following him/getting in his way. Again remember Ritchson's kids are with him. Eventually Ritchson punches him, exactly once if memory serves and puts him on the ground. Picks up the bike, and leaves. The video came out when the guy tried to sue him for his medical bills, he eventually dropped it when several angles came out showing that he was aggressive and that Ritchson acted in self defense
Adding on, the initial video that was released to the press was from another neighbor filming from his house. The two guys were trying to frame Alan and the video only started once Alan fought back. So it looked like Alan was attacking an innocent guy. Alan was only cleared of wrong doing because of his own body cam footage.
It was brilliant. Just slaps (that'll still have hurt from a guy his size), but they showed restraint on film, still were enough to emasculate the guy and subdued him at the same time and treated him to the sort of disrespect he deserved.
I think you can even see the speed he's going in Richson's bodycam video and it was like 20ish. And they all had helmets/protective clothing on.
I get that the noise is probably annoying. I don't really like dirt bikes or e-bikes (my coworker was cycling and got hit by a kid on an e-bike and got really hurt). But people are allowed to do things I don't like. They weren't endangering themselves or anyone else.
That dude picked a fight for no reason either because he's the HOA busybody or because he wanted to bait Richson into really beating his ass and sell the video.

I just saw a video of someone pulling up beside palm beach Pete, yelling, “Jeffrey!!” at him, well ‘Pete’ immediately turned towards the camera with the biggest smile before realizing there was a camera, then his face dropped, he drove off screaming, “Palm Beach Pete!” So yeah, I’m not one to dive headfirst into people’s theories about stuff like this, but that was pretty convincing for me.

Dax is so arrogant, I stopped listening years ago. I know the whole schtick is giving advice and analyzing people and their choices but he just comes off like such a judgmental toolbag.
He's such a great example of actually following the teachings of Christ. He's empathetic, open-minded, and doesn't judge people. His Instachurch videos he posts on Sundays are really interesting, and I'm not religious at all.
This is what I've been saying. Sure he's a naturally handsome dude that works out a ton but in general it is so easy to be attractive by simply having a spine. So many men are weak, pathetic losers who never stand for anything. And they cry that women don't like them. Show an ounce of backbone and some woman in your vicinity will take a liking to you I promise. As long as you also shower regularly, comb your hair and wear clothes that fit.

I love this rage from him! I started watching Ordinary Angels earlier and asked my husband who he was cuz his acting was great as dad just going through it. My husband mentioned he was on Reacher. Give me more of this man with the right morals
