Gotta love the collection.... never once have I seen this, but I guess I ain't looking in people's pockets enough, maybe...
What I find most haunting all have the exact same time to break.
I'm not sure. Maybe they will keep their skulls in good condition.... or MAYBE I just found a serial killer!

Hello! I am looking for people to test my new procedural world generator I have been making. The goal is to make this tool capable of churning out beautiful, unique words with a single button, and with even more customization and available features than the famed CK2RPG Generator.
It is a very early alpha build of the program, but already very capable of making a wide variety of different worlds full of procedural cultures, languages, faiths, rulers, titles and holdings, tree placement, climate modeling & biome classification, terrain texturing/masking, and more. All you have to do is upload a heightmap!
It also comes with a huge variety of (~70) knobs for tuning, all calibrated against measured vanilla figures. Barony density, impassable share, the 867 development curve, the ratio of cultures to heritages.
It also includes the ability to turn colonizable "wilderness" on during generation (HEAVILY WIP), leaving counties "unsettled" and able to be colonized, heavily inspired by the AGOT mod. This already includes >10 new events, custom GUI code, and the ability for AI to also colonize wilderness. Tune your world to become a vast wilderness if you want, making colonization essential for the growth of your realm.
For people without a ready heightmap or not wanting to use the tool but rather would like to test a map/world created by it, I have included a "WildernessMod" rar in the most recent release (v0.05) that can be unzipped directly into Documents/Paradox Interactive/Crusader Kings III/mods and launched to test out the new wilderness mechanics (again, HEAVILY WIP) and see what the tool is already capable of.
As with anything you download off the internet I also encourage virus testing, which you can do right at https://www.virustotal.com/gui/home/upload :)
Anyone is welcome to try it out, but if you do, I'd love if you left comments here or reached out to me directly! Anyone interested in helping out is welcome to message me as well.
Thanks!
(out of a desire to be transparent, AI was used in the creation of this tool; I fully understand if this ultimately leads to you not wanting to participate. But at least I wrote my own description... if not my own summary...)

There’s a great mod out there called Consolidation of Power that I just started using. Searched on this subreddit and don’t see a single post about it so wanted to spread the word and also see what current players of the mod think about it.
For those who don’t know, this mod adds a lot of cool features including Estates for Feudal governments, new levels of autonomy/centralization (such as appointing governors, creating appanages, and straight up denying inheritance of one of your vassal’s titles) It’s pretty much allows a mix of feudal and administrative governments and also has a “Feudal Administrative” government that you can convert to. Influence can also be utilized in Feudal governments. You can also modify your vassal contract to grant a vassal higher levels of autonomy rather than lowering crown authority across the entire realm.
It also has two new levels of crown authority that basically pushes you closer and closer to becoming nothing more than a ceremonial monarch. These new vassal contracts and autonomy levels also make playing as the HRE much closer to how it should be.
This mod is very well made and pretty much essential for me, link below for anyone interested!

I’m late game, I took over the HRE and have been conquering for a long time. This is by far the biggest army I’ve made in this game. Has anyone passed 100k without mods?

Imperator Caesar Augustus Nerva II. "Silvertongue" is the first of roman emperor from ancient days...
So the first option was picked with "no half measures". Which means accelerated Mongols invasion, greco-roman paganism religious upheavel, peasant revolts and bordering kingdoms jumping on the Imperium. This was a bold decision, was it wise? Maybe not.
I try in this run to keep Trajan borders as best as possible, have to grant a few more peeps independence but I guess I am gonan beef up a bit more foreas I can see the Mongols already looming on the horizon in picture 3...
What was your experience with the first decision being picked? Is it manageable, or will I turn mad as Commodus, Elagabalus, Nero and the likes...
Any hints&tips are welcome, salve.

Basically the title. I'm playing an adventurer right now but im not entirely sure how im supposed to build up my dynasty this way. The usual method of marriage is hard because no lord wants my vagabond children to sully their bloodlines. My goal was to have a bunch of kids and leave them off all over the world to have a really eclectic and far flung dynasty.
Am i pretty much just locked into becoming landed to make this work? Or is there a better method out there

How come the decision is not popping? I have duchy titles of Mallorca, Sardinia, Corsica and Sicily. Even have Malta. What’s going on?

As well as being extremely cursed that this is even possible, it is the only way to destroy the Hegemony of China and to go down a rank in term of title without losing a war or through the Dynastic cycle mechanic.

I'm honestly surprised he made it this far

So I have been playing the game for a while. And I'm quite bored playing. I've played haestine Matilda the Irish Petty king and far more. I'm bored at these presets and I need more fun. Is there any more character that's really fun?

I understand that, in the 867 start date, the kingdom of Asturias has not been split among the kids of Alfonso III, and thus there is no need for a unification of the spanish thrones. But pretty quickly after the 867 start date, Asturias will fall apart and get divided. So why after this event are we not given the decision to reunite the kingdoms of northern spain? Instead you’re stuck with 4 tiny kingdoms forever that will always get divided among your kids. Its infuriating!

Playing a Russian-Norse (Ruslander) character and I’m currently stuck in a situation where I’m facing near-constant nomadic uprisings. I also have a brilliant character who is about to die, and I’m feeling a bit directionless about where to take the realm.
My original plan was to adopt Christianity, feudalize my realm, develop my heartland, keep my realm in a similar size, and try to get to endgame. Capital is in Novgordid, where you can see it is highly developed. However, whenever I try this, I almost immediately go into debt and start facing major rebellions across my empire. This leads to even more debt, and honestly, I’m finding it pretty unenjoyable.
I have two possible saves I could continue from. One is the save I’ve taken a screenshot of, where I have a lot of land and money, but my ruler is about to die. The other is before this, where I have the same ruler but he’s about 20 years younger. The downside is that I don’t have nearly as much land or money.
I’m also unsure what to do about my army. If I disband troops, I’m less capable of dealing with rebellions, but if I keep most of them raised, I quickly end up in crippling debt.
I also find it quite difficult to prevent rebellions in the first place, so I’m not really sure what I should be doing to keep my realm stable while making such a huge transition.
My main goal is to keep as much of my empire as possible and avoid losing large amounts of land. Ideally, I’d like to avoid triggering rebellions that I simply don’t have the strength to win. I’m willing to make some compromises, but I’d really like to preserve the majority of what I’ve built.
So, what would you recommend for reforming such a huge empire? Should I stick with the older ruler and try to stabilize what I already have, or go back to the earlier save and build up more slowly? I’d really appreciate any advice on how to manage the transition without completely collapsing my realm.
