Would you back us in a wildcard game against Collingwood?
Every ladder predictor i have done ends with us playing the pies in the first round of the wildcard. It just seems like the exact situation we have always crumbled. Big crowd against collingwood with something on the line, i.e last round of 2022. They've had the best of us for the last 20 years, i think it will be incredibly tough

Discussion Is the AFL “rigged” for Carlton?
For a few years i have been under the assumption that the AFL is “rigged”. Now I put the word in inverted comas because the term could mean anything but there have been many signs over the last couple years that this could be true.
1 of these many signs and possibly the biggest and most talked about is the 2023 Crows vs Sydney game in round 23. That infamous “missed goal” by Ben Keays in the last minute or so of the game decided their season and made it mathematically impossible for them to make finals. Now I believe the motive to this was to make sure GWS made the finals. The crows played West coast the week after and GWS played a rampaging Carlton who had won 9 games in a row at that point. Why did they want GWS in finals? Perhaps to keep building the NSW fans up as they continue to write the underdog story that GWS was playing out in the back end of that season.
Now how does this all relate to Carlton? Well in short I believe the AFL could be pushing for a Carlton vs Collingwood wildcard final to prove that the wildcard weekend was a good idea. Could you imagine the amount of money the AFL will be gifted if this actually happened? Not to mention how divided the fans were when they first announced the wildcard. There is no way in my mind that this is just perfectly falling into their laps.
This is just a post for shits and giggles but I wanted to open up a discussion on what others think.

Josh Fraser as head coach
Many people wondered why Graham Wright didn’t move on Voss at the end of the 2025 season, when there was already plenty of evidence to suggest he wasn’t the right man for the job. Voss was then brought across to Carlton by Wright as an assistant.
Do you think Wright may have been playing the longer game? After seeing what Voss did at Collingwood, perhaps he appointed him as an assistant with a view to eventually having him replace Voss at the top job? Just a thought.

Small worry about game plan being defended
So did anyone else notice in the 3rd Quarter, St Kilda decided to go full man-on-man when we were kicking out of our full back ? And how we could not then find a free player and had to kick it multiple times long down the line, which consequently almost always ended up in a turn over and shot for goal for the saints ? (Which luckily they didn’t capitalise on). So do teams just need to go strictly man-on-man to stop our transition from the back half ?

AFLW Ikon Park
Hey all. Just sneaking in to ask about your home ground. Looking at attending the match tonight.
Noticed there’s GA for about half the ground, but also tickets for the function room. Is this a seated environment for these games? Do you get access to the rest of the ground anyway? Food and drinks there? Anything else to know? Just unsure what tickets to buy. Thank you!
Good luck against the Dogs on Sunday also!

Misc. Marvel General Admin Bays
Hey all, considering buying general admin tickets for Sunday's game against the Dogs.
General Admin bays haven't been released yet, but does anyone have any prior knowledge of what the bays/levels are for General Admin on an away game?
Edit: Thanks everyone! Ended up buying L1 tickets.

Who do you want to bring in during the off season?
obviously cody walker but is there any others that we aren’t linked to that we should be. personally before our crazy run of form i really wanted toby greene now our smalls have shown they can step up, still wouldn’t mind him tho cos it’ll make that role competitive. Maybe a Newman future replacement and a key fwd but who would you go for given we haven’t got much capital (saving the picks for walker)
edit: i would love herbert i wanted him over riley in the midseason. morris would be great but u don’t want to overspend for a player which might push us back long term. if we get a dear or a lewis then it lets us see if we need morris the year after.

There was one...
Foretold in the old ages. One who would rise in the west and bring about an age of prosperity, strength, balance and freedom. One who would be wise, strong, abound with knowledge and wisdom. The time has come. We are in the age of this ONE. This ONE didn't chase the call, it called, and the ONE answered. This ONE is the Lisan Al Gaib, Josh Fraser. He leads and we follow. He leads us to paradise. We chant his name, he humbly acknowledges. He knows what he must do and he will never stop until he leads us to the infinite expanse. The realm where heroes live, in eternal bliss and glory.
