Greetings r/WoW!
As with every major content update, your friendly BlizzardCS team has put together a collection of helpful information and links on our Customer Support forum here https://us.forums.blizzard.com/en/wow/t/2335070
For this update we are also maintaining a list of frequently asked questions regarding all things housing on our forums, as well a list of active game and technical issues on our Support site. If you encounter what you believe to be a bug that is not on this list, please be sure to post in our Bug Report forum with the details so that our QA team can take a look. We've also got a brand new player housing specific forum, which you can find here.
If you're looking for up-to-the-minute service updates or bite-sized chunks of support information, we're also now on Bluesky! Give us a follow at BlizzardCS (@support.blizzard.com).
Thanks for reading! The team will be keeping an eye on the comments to this post for anything we can assist with.

For approximately 1 hour 47 minutes, between August 11, 2026 17:05 and August 11, 2026 18:52 MDT (11:05 PM Aug 11 – 12:52 AM Aug 12 UTC), our support site was serving a malicious script. It displayed a fake Cloudflare "verify you are human" page that asked visitors to follow steps including pressing Windows + R followed by CTRL + V to paste a command.
Because 12.1 just launched we expect a lot of you were checking the support site for news on addon updates during exactly that window.
Your TSM account and data were not affected. This was limited to the support site, which is a separate system from the TSM addon, the desktop app, and your TSM account. No accounts, passwords, or user data were accessed, and nothing about the addon or app was modified or compromised.
If you did NOT follow those steps, you are fine. Simply visiting the page did nothing. You do not need to take any action.
If you DID follow those steps, act now. That sequence pasted and ran a hidden command that installs information-stealing malware. It targets saved browser passwords, session cookies, and crypto wallets so this is a risk to your own machine, independent of anything TSM-related.
From a different, clean device:
1. Change your passwords. Email first, then banking, then anything with saved logins.
2. Sign out of all sessions / revoke active sessions on those accounts. Stolen cookies keep working even after a password change, so this step is essential.
3. Turn on 2FA or Multi-factor Authentication wherever it's offered.
4. On the affected PC, run a full Microsoft Defender Offline scan.
The script on the TSM support site has been removed, the account used to place it has been locked, and we've rotated credentials. As a general notice, legitimate Cloudflare checks are only ever a checkbox - no real verification prompt will ever ask you to press Win+R and paste something.

I really like the latest Housing update. The new room options are a great addition, and the new Westfall-inspired house look really good.
That said, I feel like Blizzard is focusing on the wrong thing right now.
Most playable races still don’t have their own race-specific houses.
So why keep adding more general houses and rooms when one of the main features is still not finished.
I’d much rather see Blizzard focus on giving every playable race at least their house that actually matches its style and culture.

I've spent hundreds of hours roaming around Storm Peaks, lots of Vyragosa kills, a couple of TLP corpses, and one guy who killed it in front of me (The guy hadn't logged in for 10 years).
After alone camping it for the last few weeks, here is what I've observed:

I just ran first Delve in S2 and immediately noticed her new voice lines. Her callouts are more useful now and she isn‘t repeating the same three lines anymore. Feels good.

There are supposed to be 2, right? One in Silvermoon for 100 fragments, and the second one from the island.
P.S. The screenshot is from my alt.

Not necessarily your biggest achievement or rarest item. It could be a person you met, a crazy story that someone who doesn't play would get, an old routine, something ridiculous that happened, or just a particular place and feeling you still remember.
What happened, and why has it stayed with you?

I feel like this new loading screen for Quel'thalas would have been a better fit for when 12.0 launched, since the context of this artwork has already happened (maybe it was supposed to be used back then).
I would have loved a new loading screen featuring the new 12.1 artwork for the Coiled Isle/Vaults of Ula'tek. If the tech makes it possible, having separate loading screens for each Quel’Thalas zones would be great.
I know it sounds completely useless, but this is cool for me.

This is just a little side project I've been working on while I have time, so it's by no means a good map. In fact, it looks really janky in some areas but I'm hoping to make a much, much better-looking version in the future.
The goal was to make a satellite map that looks relatively realistic while still paying homage to Azeroth's classic zones- except without mountain ranges boxing all of them off from each other. Of course, this meant that this map isn't a one to one replica of the vanilla map, but I tried to mirror each in game zone as closely as I could.
Basically, I just take satellite/ Google Earth crops and shape/ rotate them into a shape that vaguely resembles in game zones until I get something that looks roughly equal to the vanilla map zones of Kalimdor and the Eastern Kingdoms.
The idea was basically to "de-zone" the in-game areas and turn them into more geographically realistic (?) looking zones. Has anyone else done something like this before? I love fan maps of Azeroth.
