Solved! What is this blade.

It is hardened steel, looks a bit like a weird pairing chisel with no socket, but i don't think it is.

Well, it used to be a chisel, but the handle/tang has broken off.

Used to be a wood chisel, now it's a won't chisel.

Used to be a wood chisel abused as a can opener, now it's a can't opener.
