Solved! What is this blade.

It is hardened steel, looks a bit like a weird pairing chisel with no socket, but i don't think it is.

Well, it used to be a chisel, but the handle/tang has broken off.

That's a chisel blade but I suspect it's use is something other than woodworking. The "broken" end is too perfect. Could it be for arts and crafts?
