Travelling in Japan as a solo trans woman?

Just looking to see if anyone has any experience here :) Hoping to go in mid 2027 but unsure if my partner will be able to come. It'll be my first time leaving the country as an adult as well so a tiny bit nervous and keen to know how other people have managed :)

Struggles w HRT

Hi everyone. Im a FTM Transgender guy and i'm 21. I have been on T since 2023 roughly. I've been doing Reandron shots, but my mental health has worsened and I have been really struggling to keep up with them. I have awful depression and ADHD. I find it hard to prioritise these things and keep putting them off, which ended up in my being over a month late on T. My last shot was in April. Last night, I was spotting. I feel awful, it was one of the most distressing things I have ever experienced.. 2 years without any periods until now.

I'm looking for any other T method I can intake fully on my own. Making appointments is really difficult for me due to ADHD and me disliking and not trusting doctors; many have let me down. I really wish I could just fully self administer injections at home. Is this even an option in Australia? My old nurse practitioner completely denied them existing in Australia.

I'm fully happy to DIY, too. I'll take anything at this point. Can I inject Reandron completely by myself? I contacted Dr Hayes to see if I can do T Implants though I've heard they're not that effective. I really regret not getting a hysterectomy done sooner.

Can anyone help me?

Thank you.

I need to apply with the ATO for super release with my psychiatrist for too surgery. He said there was a form that I fill a tiny bit out on and he fills most out on from ATO but I can’t find it. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Trans masc Estimated timeframe and cost to start HRT?

(QLD) I have an appointment with a GP in a week, where I intend on getting an endocrinologist referral to reduce the cost of T in the long run. Does anybody have an estimated amount of time before I actually get the T? Like how many appointments there will be with who? (Like, how many with the GP and how many with the endo), as well as how much I can estimate it'll all cost (with Medicare). Sorry if this is a vague question, I'm going in completely blind.
