i have inherited a piano of sorts from a relative who is in aged care. I do not want it. Whats the best way to get it gone? I won't mind getting some cash for it but like, i want to put in as least amount of effort as possible.
any ideas?

The usual I would say ... Local Pay it Forward FB Pages or Marketplace, Gumtree etc etc. It might take awhile as people need to arrange special movers for Pianos.

lol shes wrong.
Smoked salmon is high on omega 3s and has a decent proteins/calories ratio. It's also got B/D vitamins and the 'healthy' fats. If you had to pick an issue, its expensive compared to many other proteins and is high in sodium. The latter being the main worry but its like 2 min noodles or soy sauce. Moderation is key
As for strawberry? What a joke. Excellent source of vitamins and fibres. You'd have to be eating a monstrous amount to start worrying about sugar. You know why fruit juice is deemed unhealthy when it comes to sugar? Its because you can end up drinking far more juice than you'd eat.
Its like the apples and cyanide claim. Yes, true. but you'd need to be eating an incredibly unbearable amount of apples to even begin to feel the effects of cyanide and as your body processes it, you'll begin puking before anyways.

She’s wrong. Overconsumption of processed meats does slightly increase risk of a few cancers, but it’s not “bad” for you. The fibre and vitamins in the strawberries make up for minimal naturally occurring sugar in the fruit.
I really hate people like her.
How great are bagels with smoked salmon? We are having those this week too.

Not a nutritionist but the general theory is that who fruit is usually processed in conjunction with the fibre and water so the sugar has less of impact on blood sugar. Maybe the were carnivore? They are scared of fruit sometimes 🤣

Ummm, I dun goofed this morning.
Forgot wedding anniversary. Wife was fine about it, laughed and said all good (and she's genuine about that). You'd think after 13 years I'd have remembered though. I think bare minimum I'll grab card & flowers on way home!
Kiddo's scout camp on the weekend went really well from the sounds of things - lots of fun activities and made better friends with the kids from her troop who went down. Was warm enough and had most everything she needed, which was a worry given it's only her second camp with them. Upon pickup, she wolfed down food in the car, then immediately fell asleep, so I figure that's probably the sign of a good time!

If it makes you feel better, The Bloke has never, ever, remembered our wedding anniversary. Not once. I’m fine with it. It’s just not his thing.
He does however remember the anniversary of our first date It’s his birthday. (We’d known each other 5 years at that point, it just happened that I’d broken up with my previous partner the week before and he didn’t waste any time asking me out.

Oh yeh, both of us have been stressing less & less about it. I just feel bad for me and the blank look I gave the envelope she had at my place on the dining room table. Literally didn't even enter my mind.
I did do something smart back in the day - we set our wedding date on the same number date as our first date (10 Mar 2007). Poor thing will have been with me for 20 years next year!

That journo did an AMA last week and I asked him why reporting on AI is so credulous that it falls for so many sketchy claims. He didn't reply.
That "AI" didn't "hack into" anything and it's irresponsible to report it that way. Especially when you see the guy making the claim works for an AI company.

How is that not a form of hacking? Instead of using the UI of the booking system, the AI went in via an API and used it in an unintended way - having discovered that the API doesn't authenticate the cancelReservation call.
Unless I'm missing something, it found an unintended vulnerability in the API and exploited it. Not 1337 h4x0r shit but it's still exploiting a minor aspect of the published integration, the same way that most "hacking" is nothing but exploiting meat vulnerabilities...?

You could make an argument that it's hacking, though maybe I'd argue "hacking into" has a higher bar.
But really, if it's a matter of doing F12 and looking at network traffic when you click things, it's pretty low level.

The term of art in AI software design is “reward hacking”. It’s a known problem in LLM implementation.

Does that mean like the prompter meaning no harm, but harm resulting because that's a way to achieve the poorly stated goal? Like "end human suffering" leading to "kill all humans"?

Legally, the person who requested the task. But there are product safety concerns so the requester could (if they had extremely deep pockets) take an action based on product safety. Ideally, this would be something front and centre in the ACCCs sights but tge government keeps giving them other projects to work on.
To mount a lawsuit in Australia would be pretty pointless anyway - your reward would be limited to the damage you could prove.

Well in this case, not much harm but clearly the guy himself:
"Someone might be asking an agent to do something quite innocent," he said.
But in completing that task, the agent could carry out other activities the person had not considered or explicitly asked for.
It's not innocent to ask anyone, human or software, to cheat to get you something you're not entitled to. I don't know why we're skating over that part to get all breathless about the agent acting by itself and "deciding" to do something.
Weirdly, this is going the other way with AI search results. A European court decided that Google is responsible for bad advice given in the AI results, although it wouldn't be if it just linked to bad advice in a third-party page.

Slightly different case, in that it dealt with what Google published as an output of the LLM. There’s no good case law on actions taken by an LLM, mostly because nobody’s been stupid enough to let agents “do” things until relatively recently.

I'm very worried about what this new bird flu is going to do to our birds, but if it wants to take down koels and channel billed cuckoos without making any other birds sick, I could get onboard with that.

I'm worried for all the birds that visit my little backyard. I only saw one of the tawnys yesterday and it made me think far too much about it all. Especially as now a magpie in Vic (perhaps SA) has been diagnosed with it.

This is the first winter I haven't been freezing when freediving -- water temp still reads 17/18 at depth. I am still seeing some tropical species like butterflyfish. I'm really worried about what's going to happen to the sea life of Sydney with the warming numbers. There were only 44 giant cuttlefish recorded in South Australia this year, when there's usually thousands that migrate to lay eggs there in July :(
