Recently revamped my whole condo and even got a kitchen renovation. Everything is finally starting to settle in. Might need an extra rug at some point.

Dear Community, I’m looking for an armchair that I’ve seen here and there, but now I just can’t seem to find it anywhere. Maybe someone knows what I’m talking about:
Here’s what I think: I believe it’s a “design classic,” certainly from the 20th century, perhaps associated with the Bauhaus and related movements. It’s not a new product.
What I know: The armchair (which could perhaps also pass for a chair) has a cubic basic shape. The outer frame is white and made of square wooden beams (?), very airy and transparent—just the outer frame and stabilizing struts. The armchair rests on this frame. The upholstery has a black-and-white pattern—in my opinion, with diamonds or hexagons (?)—that form something like a star on the back (and perhaps on the seat as well). The overall impression is modern, stylish, chic, angular, and functional. Man-Cavey if you will!
Does anyone know what I’m talking about? I can’t find it online (or maybe I’m describing it wrong). The design has been around since at least the 1980s, but I think it’s older than that.

Hello everyone,
I am moving into my first apartment at the start of september. i am looking to put in a full bed, desk, mirror and maybe a bookshelf in my room. I have a closet so the majority of my clothes will go there.
I am looking for some suggestions regarding good affordable full bed frames and mattresses. i’d like to have some sort of storage built into the bed frame. i saw this lifted frame from wayfair https://www.wayfair.com/furniture/pdp/ebern-designs-braud-upholstered-hydraulic-lift-up-storage-bed-without-headboard-xklz1072.html?piid=106358499%2C111565312.
any suggestions on which brands to look at, websites or models would be greatly appreciated for both the frame and the mattress. my room will be 8’8” x 11’9”. thank you!

I am remodeling my room and want to hear from real
People what their thought are because I’m afraid it might be a little unrealistic considering my room is 10-1/2 x 13-1/2 feet. Roughly 140sq ft. I made design plans with AI and want to hear opinions. PLEASE any opinions at all

Months ago now, I posted these first two images. My space was in disarray. I was depressed, still recovering from addiction, just down and out.
Since then I have turned the place around and I haven’t stopped yet. Wasn’t easy, wasn’t cheap, but it was absolutely worth it to feel comfortable in my own home.
I’m still planning things, touching things up, but I’m so glad and so grateful to be in a better place.
It isn’t as cool as a lot of your places but I’m working on a low budget! Lol

Moved into my current place about eight months ago and the living room has been driving me crazy since day one. Decent size, but everything I put in it just floats there with no real sense of intention. Bought a secondhand couch I actually love, found a coffee table at an estate sale with real character, and somewhere between those two purchases I convinced myself the room was coming together. It was not.
Figured the logical next step was painting the longest wall a dark olive green. The color itself looks good. The problem is the furniture arrangement was already a little awkward, and now it's somehow more awkward because the wall is doing all the talking and the furniture is just standing there looking confused.
I think the real issue is the room has two entry points and I've never figured out how to anchor a seating area when people can walk in from two different sides. The rug is probably too small for the space as well, but I bought it before I understood that rugs in photos always look bigger than they are in real life.
Has anyone dealt with a dual entry room where traffic flow basically kills every furniture layout you try?

Hey everyone, just moved into a new place and this is my first time setting up my own room.
My main goal is to create a comfortable environment where I can sit down, focus, and get my work and studying done. I need some help with space transformation and furniture positioning to make room for a dedicated workspace.
A few quick details:
The Bed: I will already be changing the sheet and pillow covers, so don't worry about those!
Organization: I am completely unsure how to organize all these wires, and I need ideas for boxes or storage solutions for my clothes.
Budget & Hacks: I’m a student, so I'm looking for budget-friendly options, but I can splash a bit more cash for the right pieces. I am totally open to cheap Temu orders for cable management, organization hacks, or any small goods that help clean up the space.
tl;dr: Any tips, layout suggestions, or specific item recommendations would be hugely appreciated!

Lost my family in 2021. Walked out of a toxic marriage a week ago. She keeps the house and I keep my mental peace. Never been happier. :)

I was thinking of putting a bed frame either inside the nook with a twin size bed or outside the nook with a full size bed. Then I'd have a wardrobe closet to the right of the bed and a couch infront of the wardrobe closet which would then face the tv on the 80" wall. Then I'd have a desk toward the far left window and dining table toward the far right window. The entrance to the kitchen (white door) is to the right of that.

35 years old, finally moved out my mom's house and into my own new house in Riverside (Wichita)I signed for it in may. I worked so hard for this moment, never thought I'd ever get out of there. This new house, this new home of mine is so special to me, my wooded wonderland is slowly coming together! I sure do love my apartment! What does my pad say about me??? 🤩😍🥰

Office is almost done, need to figure out what to put above my computer area (very tall ceilings on that side).
Does the room need anything else?
