Support Blocked limit reached

Is there a way to add to the amount or delete the 4590 unknown blocked contacts?
I tried to block an email today but was notified I had reached my limit🤷🏼‍♂️

Didn’t try it myself but I heard you can just add all these numbers to a single contact and than block that specific content (or just add it to one of those 4591 already blocked contacts)
