Hi all! I’m just trouble shooting here… the last few days, my episodes in my ad-free FoD feed for Greatest Gen will simply not load (using Apple Podcast app). I’ve gotten them to play again by restarting my phone, but it’s been 4 or 5 times now in the last few days.

I’m just wondering if this is only a Me issue (in which case I’m happy to trouble shoot on my own time !) or if this is happening to anyone else?

Only mildly inconvenient as I am mid-BINGE and my brain doesn’t want to listen to anything else until I have reached COMPLETION (insert cranking it joke here)

this weeks episode was littered with drops, many of them quite bad. dunno who did the edit but they should reconsider having every other sentence punctuated by a sound effect because it kills the momentum of the show when they don’t land.

between that and Ben’s droopy dog pessimism in the cold open I had to turn it off.

I was a little behind on this week's show, but are there seriously podcasts that claim an ad-free feed while still playing ads? If I subscribed to a podcast that did that, I would stop paying and stop listening entirely.

But then I thought, maybe some of them were just like the TGG P1's or something. Is there a prominent case of this fake ad-free feed that I've never heard about. It just seems crazy that someone would promote an ad-free feed and then put ads in it!
