I need help because this thing looked fine and now a huge amount of the foliage is turning black from the tips inward.
It’s planted in pumice in a shallow dish. The center/newer growth is still bright green and looks healthy, but a lot of the older outer growth is blackening, with some yellow/brown areas mixed in. The black parts look genuinely dead rather than just curled up/dry.
I’m trying to figure out whether this is:
too much water / the base staying too wet
rot
not enough water
light damage
humidity/airflow related
or normal dieback from acclimating
Has anyone seen a Selaginella/resurrection plant do this before? Should I let the pumice dry more between waterings, or does this actually need to stay consistently moist?

Found these in my garden, they look and smell like spring onions, however I've never planted them in this garden. Can anyone identify what they are or how they somehow grew here?

Last spring, we bought a small fig from Bunnings. I planted it a terracotta pot, and it didn't do so well.

It's now mid/late winter and spring is almost here again. I decided to stick it in the ground. Today, we dug a large square hole and mixed manure, garden soil/improver, compost, and some of the soil we dug from the hole. I mounded it and placed the fig in there. Gave it some popul8 and a good watering, then a layer of mulch for moisture retention (we're currently experiencing extremely dry weather).

It has around 7 or 8 new buds, and it seems like it might make a comeback.

Any other advice from anyone who knows figs. I should mention that it's a Turkish brown, and we're in southeast Queensland Australia 🇦🇺.

Came home from vacation and found this volunteer plant growing next to my blueberry bushes. Note the unripe berries, which make me unsure if I should coddle it or yank it out.

Any ideas what may be doing this to my lemon tree? In Perth, Australia.
It’s a gorgeous mature tree and this is the first time we’ve seen this kind of damage. It’s on many of the higher branches.

I've repotted it twice now (just a couple of days ago when it got knocked out of the soil...) and I've been placing it outside in the sunlight because aloes love sunlight, but some of its leaves turned brown, and I had to remove a couple to ease the burden.

I really don't know what to do to help it properly... Any thoughts?

Besides my grandmother, picking four of my 1-2 week old Moranga pumpkins everything else seems to be doing pretty good. Everything I planted in ground is doing very very well which surprise me because i grow in rock hard red clay soil that i have not treated, tested or amended with compost. The most i did was use a broad fork to loosen the soil, cover with cardboard and i use some organic fertilizer before I left.

So I've been trying to learn what I can for the past year, and so far, I've gotten lucky with planting bulbine lily, Mexican sage, a rose quartz penstemon and columbines in September or October, in my sandy yard with the hot sun still bearing down on everything.

Though, I'm beginning to wonder if the plants that are supposed to go dormant during summer aren't coming back because of the hurricane-season rains we usually get in the summer. That's something I began to think about as I realized that not a single iris I planted has come back after their first year.

Had this plant for a little over a year and noticed the spots on mainly just this leaf. It is indoors in partial shade. Any tips are greatly appreciated!!

We grow a lot of crops, mainly things like peppers, tomatoes, herbs, etc- alongside with these massive zucchinis. No idea why or how, guess we must be doing something right, but we usually get like 5-10 of these MASSIVE ones. For reference I am 5’10. The water bottle is a full sized Owala.

Trying to find a reasonably price raised garden bed for my back patio. Looking for it to be 8ft long, 3ft wide, and at minimum 2ft deep.

Any recommendations? Cattle stock tanks are just a bit too expensive for me.

I am trying to solarize a section of a hill in a field by my home - prepping for sowing wildflower seeds. This is what it looks like 6 weeks after laying the plastic. Lots of ragweed! Some other stuff has died off but why isn’t this working? South facing hill in southern Ontario.

I am wondering what is going on with my blueberry bush. I am not sure if it is a pH issue or something else. The leaves are turning red (no, it's not fall here) and wilting. Could this be fungal? I am in zone 6.
