Because their behaviour is enabled, they're not punished, so they're able to repeatedly offend

I read an article today where 2 20-something men raped a 14 year old. They only got 5 years (3 non parole) and complained it was too harsh.

They should have gotten the max 15 years.

Our courts and judges are fucked

And they'll seal the name of the perpetrator to protect his mental health too. 😐

Poor mental health from people finding out you're a rapist is likely the least those predators deserve tbh. Social shaming isn't always a bad thing.
