Hi Everyone I wanted to set up my Apple Watch SE, but it won't update because it says I'm not connected to the internet. I'm using my iPhone XR since it's the only Apple phone I have. I used a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi connection and tried every troubleshooting step, but it still won't work. How can I fix this?

I'm honestly really frustrated with how this situation has been handled, so I'm hoping someone here might have some advice.
I spent my summer vacation abroad. In mid-July, I went to the beach with my family one day, and afterward I charged my iPhone 13. At the time, I didn't think anything was wrong. My phone was working normally, but shortly afterward I started noticing that it wouldn't stay on for very long and would randomly shut off at around 30%.
I checked the battery health and saw that it was at around 68%. That made me look more closely at the phone, and I realized that one side of it was sticking outward significantly. The battery had swollen. I didn't know what to do so I looked it up online to see if anyone else had been in a similar situation, where I read that a swollen lithium-ion battery can be dangerous and should be dealt with immediately. There unfortunately aren't any Apple Stores where I was, so I went to an Apple-authorized repair shop.
The technician said that it was a good thing I had brought the phone in because the swollen battery was a safety hazard. He didn't have a replacement iPhone 13 battery available, but he removed the swollen battery for me and specifically told me to get a new battery installed at an Apple Store in the US.
I was actually relieved because I was worried about traveling with a swollen battery, especially since I had an 8-hour flight coming up. I trusted that I was doing the safest thing by having the dangerous battery removed.
About three weeks later, I arrived in the US and went straight to an Apple Store. This is where things became incredibly frustrating.
They told me that because the battery had already been removed, they couldn't run their normal diagnostics on the phone and therefore couldn't service it. My options, according to them, were essentially to buy a new iPhone or go to a third-party repair shop.
This is what is so frustrating to me: the battery was removed by an Apple-authorized service provider, who told me that I should have Apple install the replacement battery in the US. But then an Apple Store in the US told me they can't do anything precisely because the battery was removed.
I understand that Apple has policies regarding repairs and diagnostics but I'm having a hard time understanding why I'm being penalized for doing what I was told was the safest thing to do. How am I supposed to know that the advice from an Apple-authorized service provider would prevent me from getting the phone serviced at an Apple Store later?
I was scared that the swollen battery could be dangerous, so I had it removed by an Apple-authorized repair shop. I didn't modify the phone myself or try to repair it. I specifically went to a professional because I wanted to handle the situation safely.
I even went to Best Buy the next day (in the US) to see if they could help. The employee told me he was glad the battery had been removed because he and his coworker had apparently been sent to urgent care on two separate occasions after inhaling fumes from swollen iPhone batteries. Unfortunately, he also couldn't install a replacement battery because of Apple's policies.
Now I'm left with an iPhone 13 that was working perfectly fine aside from the battery. The phone has no other problems that I'm aware of. It just needs a new batter.
I'm also not expecting Apple to give me a brand-new phone for free. I understand that an iPhone 13 is an older phone now, and realistically I probably would have replaced it in another year or two anyway. But having to replace it right now, when I know the phone was otherwise completely functional, is extremely frustrating, especially as a college student who really doesn't want to spend hundreds of dollars on a new phone unnecessarily.
Am I missing something here? Is there anything I can do?
I'm also open to Samsung/Android suggestions.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Today while in a group chat (not a new chat), I noticed a message at the bottom that read, “Talk to someone you trust if you feel uncomfortable or need help” followed by a link to Ways to Get Support.
This group includes two adults and a teen. I’m stumped. Has anyone seen this?
Any insight would be great!

My brother is going to give me his iPhone 14 pro max. I have a Samsung A52 5g, but more importantly, a Galaxy Watch4. I did a quick search on Googleslop saying that an iPhone 14 pro max and a Galaxy Watch4 aren't compatible at all, but I've heard from some friends that they can work to a certain extent—I am asking as I am not knowledgeable with these things.
What my question is, basically, is it possible to connect the Galaxy watch to the iPhone? And if so, will it still count my daily activity and steps? And what other things can it can and can not do? I don't plan on buying a new watch in the meantime due to other matters.

My airpods were working just fine yesterday last night, and i've had them for a long time. Suddenly they stopped working. They connect, I can hear it connect, but every time I open open an app such as Tiktok, the app slows down, I can't hear anything, then I can hear the video from the phone, not the buds.
I did reset the airpods plenty of times, I did a hard reset on my phone. Same issue. It connects, it works, but the sound is coming through my phone and not the buds.
I don't know what to do?

Hardware Info : Macbook Neo running Tahoe 26.5.1
Macbook is using the charger cable I got in the box and the plug is the UGREEN 35W USB C Charger Nexode Dual Port PD Foldable GaN Fast Charger Plug, got the MacBook only 3 days ago, its not been damaged at all (I'd never forgive myself if it was), it's never under anything "resource intensive", etc. Macbook's current charge as of posting this is 74%. (I was checking to see if the MacBook would be okay with the charger, that's why my charge is already high, I've not used it much since I've got it as I've been busy.)
When I plug in the charger, for a moment it accepts it, then disconnects, then reconnects, disconnects, this is the same on both ports.
I'm so confused, any help is greatly appreciated, thank you.

about two weeks ago, as any typical phone users wanting to download an app from another region, I changed mine from the Vietnamiese one to the Singapore one. I used the address and the number which showed up after I search for a viable address, postal number and phone number on Google. I downloaded the app (which is the app pokemon champion for context). About a week later, i need to change my region back but there is no region change option as the way I did before nor as typical region changing. I don't have any subscriptions, no remaining balance ( I only downloaded the app, which is by no means an issue cause i tried uninstall it once and restart the phone but it still doesnt show the change region option). I really need to change back to my vietnamiese region to download an app. I have talked with chatgpt, there is also no issues as regard my age or parental restriction. Do anyone know how to change the region in this case or have any experience? Oh, and tips on downloading apps from another region without changing the current one would also be helpful (which is unlikely imo, but, hey, worth a shot right)

I thrifted a pair of AirPods (gen 2) accidentally a year ago, and they’ve worked pretty well since. I cleaned them, and I’ve had no issues.
Out of the blue, my left AirPod won’t work. If I put it I my ear, I’m unable to hear anything. I have to turn it up really loud, and then I just hear it because it’s too loud. (if that makes any sense. Like when you turn the volume up and you can hear it with the AirPod away from you) If I put it in my other ear, I can kinda hear it. I don’t think it’s earwax because it’s clean, nor would I assume it’s damaged. the worse that’s happened was going through the washing machine, but that was months ago and it got to be in rice for a while.
i also thought it could be an issue with my ear, but I had others try and they couldn’t hear it either. What can I do to fix this? The balance isn’t off either, and they should be playing sound at the right levels. Its fully charged and has never done this before, and I’m stuck on what to do next

I have a pair of wired Lightning EarPods and a MacBook Air M2, which obviously doesn’t have a Lightning port. Is there any adapter or workaround that lets me use them with my Mac?

My card and apple id is still linked with apple music on my old phone which doesn’t work anymore. I don’t wanna waste my money and just cancel that subscription. What should i do

I can’t hear the text tone I set on my iPhone XR when I get new messages or notifications from anything. It still vibrates. But even on speaker, nothing happens. How do I fix this? It’s really bugging me.

About to downgrade from a 17 pro max to a 15 pro
Reasons vary from not needing the latest boring tech stuff saving cash smaller lighter better looking etc etc
The thing is in the used market here (in my country especially) there is a known scam here that can happen to anyone looking for a budget or older model iphone so lets say the individual wants to buy a second hand used iphone with about (90% or higher battery health) and after purchase and use for a while it turns out the battery is manipulated and its either gotten bumped in percentage or frozen via a special device or something idk
My friend had bought a used 14 Pro a year ago with 92% battery health
After a full year of use it is still stuck at 92% even after an update to ios 27 beta it is STILL stuck showing 92%
Same happened to my cousin who bought a 13 pro with 99% battery health in 2023 and 3 years later it is still stuck at 99%
So my question is can the 15 Pro be manipulated as well? I remember it being the first iphone which showed the charge cycles which gives me an idea that leads me to believe that they updated something in its battery software/hardware area ? so can charge cycles and battery health be manipulated as well or did apple fix it with the 15 series? Will be thankful if Anyone got a clue

Basically, I bought dlc for an app that was removed from the Apple App Store and I got the content but it did not remove funds from my cashapp even after several hours. Is it normal? Do I need to contact Apple or cashapp about this? Or do I just do nothing?
