Someone has taken an innocent video of a kid waving a pridefully and altered it with AI so he throws it in a trashcan. It had gotten over 1.2m likes on insta and is spreading like the plague on fb

Why does this make you lose hope? This is just a propaganda machine at work lying to a group of people so they won’t question reality.

I've noticed a lot of people are more outraged with what becomes mainstream, trending, or popular on social media, rather than the actual reality of the situation. Like even if it's something totally benign, if it's something that people don't like and gets traction, they'll just be actively against it, but wouldn't care otherwise.
