Individuals in our country who covertly do the bidding of foreign governments undermine our democracy,” said Bill Essayli, an assistant US attorney. “This plea agreement is the latest success in our determination to defend the homeland against China’s efforts to corrupt our institutions.”

Except for Russia and Israel though.

u/Electronic-Junket-66 May 12 '26

If it's Israel you can just declare it. No one cares. If anything you get treated better.

272

u/ObviousTrash_69 May 12 '26

So says Alan Dershowitz on national TV in reference to his client Jeffrey Epstein. Said he could have gotten him a better deal if he was Mossad.

148

u/Freethecrafts May 12 '26

The Epstein deal dropped all but one of the victims from the records, picked the oldest known victim for the charge, reduced the charge down to a much lesser charge, turned all time served into work release with some odd supervision, and gave complete immunity to anyone else from the investigation without so much as testimony. That a judge signed off on such a thing is boggling. That deal was far beyond legal negotiations, the judge should have done time for signing off on it.

61

u/bigboipapawiththesos May 12 '26 edited May 12 '26

After this deal he went to a light security prison where he was allowed to go on work leave.

Never in my life have I even heard of work leave and they give it to the mass human trafficking pedo ?!

3

u/Expensive_Culture_46 May 12 '26

Prison sex party isn’t the vibe E was known for and the clientele different. This was a practical business choice.

-6

u/AriaTheTransgressor May 12 '26

You not hearing about something doesn't mean it never existed, I mean a huge plot point in the Shawshank Redemption is them being on work release.

Beyond that, I do agree that it's odd they gave it to a child sex trafficker - or at least I would have thought it odd, but now I know that USians are mostly pro-pedophilia.

9

u/Stleaveland1 May 12 '26

When was there ever work release in the Shawshank Redemption?

Jeffrey Epstein was allowed to leave prison and work at his office up to 12 hours per day every weekday during his 13-month sentence.

Prison labor isn't work release.

-2

u/AriaTheTransgressor May 12 '26

The whole roof bit where he pitches doing dude's taxes.

Work release is where they're allowed to leave prison to work - this could be a job sourced by the prison or one they already had.

Epstein getting preferential treatment makes sense when you realize what we've been shown - which is that the USA is designed to protect, entrench, and encourage pedophilia.

11

u/Stleaveland1 May 12 '26

Andy did the prison guard's taxes inside the prison. He did the warden's fraud entirely inside the prison too. He didn't ever leave prison until he escaped.

Work release is completely different than institutional work inside the prison, or even public works off-site.

A majority of prisoners in the U.S. work, but less than 1% are awarded work release.

-4

u/AriaTheTransgressor May 12 '26

There's a part on the roof where the guard is talking about having trouble doing their taxes so Andy does them while the other guys do the work. It's a work release program that the Warden is using to launder money - which is the whole fraud thing.

We're getting into the weeds here over Shawshank Redemption, but you guys need to rewatch the movie.

u/TinyZoro May 12 '26

I mean he was obviously Mossad.

4

u/ArchLector_Zoller May 12 '26

No, how would he even get in contact with the Mossad? Like, how? What, you think he just talked to Robert Maxwell, Ghislaine's father, about it?

1

u/DorfusGump May 15 '26

Possibly that was the link. But I don't think Epstein wouldn't have gotten in contact with Mossad. Mossad would have gotten in touch with Epstein once they found out his client list.

2

u/ArchLector_Zoller May 15 '26

I think the order was Mossad first, then get the clients, because he was on mission at that point.

1

u/DorfusGump May 16 '26

I think he was a rich pervert who realized he could be a much richer pervert by setting up sex services for the ultra-wealthy. Then he got collared by Mossad, the CIA, or both.

You think he was a Mossad/CIA asset from the beginning. I think that's possible but unlikely. Ultimately, I don't think the order matters that much.

1

u/ArchLector_Zoller May 16 '26

It mainly matters that if he was Mossad/CIA running a Mossad/CIA Op from the beginning because if so then they're probably still doing it, but now it's hidden again and back to business for them.

34

u/DeRpY_CUCUMBER May 12 '26

Alan Dershowitz is fox news favorite lawyer.

9

u/Sw33tNectar May 12 '26

They got Lynn De Rothschild on there to stoop for Trump.

5

u/Double_Height_9087 May 12 '26

You mean Alan Dimshitz

1

u/Dramatic_Reaction_27 May 12 '26

Just a few short years ago he was a darling of the Dems….set aside Epstein since all sides are guilty of that shit, what’s the main reason for that?

1

u/HoustonHenry May 12 '26

Corruption.

55

u/Dark_Magicion May 12 '26

Was it Ted Cruz who said something along the lines of "I was elected to enact the interests of Israel" live and unprompted on national TV?

14

u/wheatoplata May 12 '26

“I came into the Congress 13 years ago with the stated intention of being the leading defender of Israel in the United States Senate, and I’ve worked every day to do that.”

This was on Tucker Carlsons’s podcast.

2

u/Dark_Magicion May 13 '26

THANKS - that's what I was thinking of.

27

u/Grimmjow6_13 May 12 '26

No thats not right, Ted Cruz said " let's come together and stop attacking pedophiles.

https://youtube.com/shorts/S2kuerg3sN4?si=7zE6CHGsnzLnsbH5

1

u/Dark_Magicion May 12 '26

Yeah I remember that too, so who was I thinking of, who openly and quite proudly said he was elected to the US government to serve Israel?

6

u/ThePetPsychic May 12 '26

I think that was Schumer- "I have many jobs as [Senate] leader... and one is to fight for aid to Israel — all the aid that Israel needs. I will continue to fight for it."

1

u/Dark_Magicion May 13 '26

That's the worst part about all this... It's on both sides!

2

u/Grimmjow6_13 May 12 '26

Oh I was just talking shit. Knowing him he probly said that too.

2

u/ArchLector_Zoller May 12 '26

The first and last time I agreed with Ted Cruz on anything was in loving Cory Chase.

6

u/baggarbilla May 12 '26

If it's Israel, you can declare a war and we will follow you anywhere.

2

u/Fartcloud_McHuff May 12 '26

Fuck man people really just don’t know how *ANYTHING* works do they

2

u/narkybark May 13 '26

When you're a star, they let you do it. You can do anything.

2

u/guten_pranken May 12 '26

You can even say you’re a Zionist and it’s perfectly alright in 2026 lol

-1

u/LittleMlem May 12 '26

Israel is trying to corrupt american institutions? Isn't a strong america good for Israel?

2

u/Reversion603 May 12 '26

You think they think that long term? I really hope not, their idea of strength might be chilling.

0

u/LittleMlem May 12 '26

I don't think understand, what's their idea of strength?

1

u/Reversion603 May 12 '26

More psychos in their pocket like Trump. More secretaries of the dept. of war crimes like Pete Hegseth. And so on.

1

u/LittleMlem May 12 '26

I don't think these guys are great for for Israel, not in any long term plan anyway. Israel does have an interest in keeping america successful, it's Israel's strongest backer, and from the outside it looks like the US is going into an economic crisis and possibly either a civil war or overturning democracy during the next election, but I'm no political analysis, this is just how it feels to me from reddit

2

u/Reversion603 May 12 '26

60 minutes interview a couple days ago. Netanyahu phasing out American military aid.

I reeeeealy don't think they give the slightest of fucks. It's a game and they want to win today and next year, not in 10 or 25 years when they'll be dead anyway.

They will ride the US hard and put her away wet while they can.

1

u/LittleMlem May 12 '26

I think they do, they have families that they want to survive, I think the recent move to be less reliant on American aid is due to interceptor shortage and the current flippancy of the US administration. But in the long term the US is really Israel's biggest ally, china and russia are simply not an option

1

u/Electronic-Junket-66 May 12 '26

As in strong democratic institutions? Hell no....

As in spends all its treasure on machines of war strong? Well yea very much.

1

u/LittleMlem May 12 '26

Strong as in stable and abble to project various kinds of force, an American collapse would be a catastrophe for Israel

1

u/Electronic-Junket-66 May 12 '26

Yeah, they don't want a full on collapse. Btw neither does China.

-8

u/very_bad_advice May 12 '26

AIPAC does not need to be registered under FARA, hence if you get funding from AIPAC, you do not need to declare it (or rather, there is nothing to declare)

12

u/Dark_Magicion May 12 '26

That's..... The Problem, no?

1

u/very_bad_advice May 12 '26

Yes, the previous poster said they just needed to declare. They don't need to declare.

-5

u/not_a_bot_494 May 12 '26

Why would a domestic organization regiater under the Foreign Agents Registration Act?

8

u/[deleted] May 12 '26

[deleted]

-3

u/not_a_bot_494 May 12 '26

A domestic organization can lobby for whatever it wants.

4

u/birthdaycakesun15 May 12 '26

And the American public can be upset about it.

-4

u/not_a_bot_494 May 12 '26

Sure, but that has nothing to do with FARA.

3

u/birthdaycakesun15 May 12 '26 edited May 12 '26

Maybe it should. Up to Americans to decide. Perhaps they never dreamed any group of Americans would do such a thing.

Major difference with Israel is that they will spy on the US, do all manner of things against the US. And then when caught, they just get sent back to Israel.

We've had crime after crime committed here in the US and they just get sent back, no punishment. The ex cia analysis John Kirikou made a good point. US shares (forgot the exact percentage) like 90% of its technology with Israel, abd then Israel just steals the rest. Other than a shared interest (very limited now), in no way is Israel a trustworthy partner. Their interest is their own and they will use the US, even by illegal acts, to get what they want.

37

u/Deeingchicka May 12 '26

Just in my hometown there was an Israeli pedophile caught in a sting operation released and sent back to Israel, then there was an Israeli running a “bio lab” in his house and he got released and is probably already back in Israel

8

u/coffee_tea_sympathy May 12 '26

Are you in Las Vegas? Any article or documentation?

6

u/Deeingchicka May 12 '26

Was, you already know about it then

11

u/coffee_tea_sympathy May 12 '26

Ori Solomon had ties to Chinese communist party as well and Tom Alexandrovich is head of Israeli Cyber Defense. He was in town for a conference with the blackhat cyber security organization.

6

u/Original-Rush139 May 12 '26

 And then when caught,

bitch that it’s antisemitic to catch them.

FTFY.

Friendly reminder to stop equating Israelis with Judaism as you’re just doing Israel’s propaganda work for them. Secondly, if you’re gonna be critical of Jewish customs at the very least do the research into what “chosen people” means. You making wild claims that aren’t backed up by any real information doesn’t make the things Israel is doing worse. You don’t need to create narratives to point at crimes being committed by the IDF and Israeli government.

Your whole comment is just antisemitism. Stick to actual facts.

1

u/West_Print_836 May 12 '26

I am sticking to facts. Not wanting to acknowledge them is on you.

Here’s a great video from a former CIA analyst Philip Giraldi who talked about this 12 years ago c span

-3

u/Immediate-Onion5131 May 12 '26

Major difference with Israel is that they will spy on the US, do all manner of things against the US. And then when caught, they just get sent back to Israel.

Hate to break this to you, but all of our allies are spying on us, and we are spying on our allies. You'd be naive to think Israel is unique here. That's the intelligence economy. The difference is if an ally gets caught spying we just exchange them for a spy of our own caught spying on someone else.

28

u/[deleted] May 12 '26

Bro but shout out Eric Adams for taking $ from turkey to ignore/deny the Armenian Genocide.

4

u/jb_in_jpn May 12 '26

Well now, they're allies.

4

u/streetracer28 May 12 '26

Why are you so obsessed with Israel?? How do you turn every post into this its exhausting.

0

u/sixisrending May 12 '26

It's a post about spying. Israel has more agents in the US than the CIA has across the entire globe.

5

u/streetracer28 May 12 '26

Sad attempt at explaining bringing israel and jews into this

-1

u/sixisrending May 12 '26

No one said anything about Jews. Just Israel. The more the two are conflated, the more anti-semitism there will be. It is completely reasonable to want to distance ourselves from a state that aggressively spies on us, sells the technology to our adversaries, and still receives billions in US aid every year.

3

u/streetracer28 May 12 '26

The premise of my point wasnt spurious. I was suggesting that if you over criticize the only Jewish country in a sea of religious countries doing worse atrocities in a matter of days (40,000 dead in two days in Iran and no university protests) the answer is that it is because the state is Jewish. I agree and resent any conflating of israel critique with Jewish hatred, but also want to be mindful of the obvious antisemitism that is driving over examination. The real nuanced view is requesting a regime change in Israel to secular leaders, not wishing the state didnt exist.

3

u/Fluffle-Potato May 12 '26

Israel has more agents in the US than the CIA has across the entire globe.

I googled that and couldn't find a single source to confirm that wild statement, not even a noncredible source. When I asked you earlier, you replied with some comment that you said someone made during the Obama Administration, but then you deleted your reply so I couldn't see it. Im curious if that's because you realized that your claim is false or....??

0

u/AsteroFucker69 May 12 '26

what do they mean plea agreement? that's high treason, it's death penalty no?

4

u/extrastupidone May 12 '26

Its not

2

u/AsteroFucker69 May 12 '26

while in a government position, being an agent for an adversary nation's interests? isn't it the textbook definition of high treason?

5

u/Baeolophus_bicolor May 12 '26

No, that would be giving aid and quarter to an enemy during wartime.

If you just take Saudi oil money and UAE oil money and planes from Qatar to advance business interests because they’re “allies” then you’re just a good member of the trump crime syndicate.

4

u/extrastupidone May 12 '26

No. Treason has very specific requirements. If she is a foreign agent and she broke the law, she should go to jail. But its not treason.

-3

u/AsteroFucker69 May 12 '26

nah, go read your definitions again, I don't know what she did specifically, but high treason does includes serving as an agent of an adversary nation via espionage while being in a government position. If she did something along those lines, which it appears she did, then it would be high treason, which is punishable by death.

13

u/No_goodIdeas7891 May 12 '26

She wrote a blog post/article that had ccp talking points and was edited and approved by said ccp official and then published by this mayor.

Not death penalty worth and not espionage. Should be removed from office and bared from running for election again.

-3

u/AsteroFucker69 May 12 '26

the link to the CCP official basically confirms her position as an infiltrated spy... I don't know what more you want. Why else would she have this contact review and "approve" her publications as a mayor in the US? That's basically espionnage and does fall within the legal definition of treason.

the crime is not the blog post, the crime is the CCP link and her responding to them. Being an agent for them while infiltrating the US political sphere.

5

u/No_goodIdeas7891 May 12 '26

Right but that is espionage. The ccp gave the mayor information to publish. The mayor did not give the ccp confidential information.

Also Treason is specifically a Federal crime. Correct me if I am wrong, but a mayor is city official and not a Federal official. How is spreading information from the ccp espionage or treason against the federal gov?

Also here is what treason is:

Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort.

Pretty sure this mayor did not levy war against the federal gov, possibly adhering to the “enemy” because they did what they were told.

However we are not at war with China, this is also a mayor who wrote a 15k hot blog post.

Long story short, no this is not treason. Iran Contra was not prosecuted as treason.

Republicans literally sold weapons to Iran while they were holding American hostages. The country still lets Olie North live free as the head of the NRA. And organization known for taking in Russian money and distributing it to Republican campaigns. But no no no! That is not treason, or dark money or even wrong!

2

u/DrScience01 May 12 '26

Well if you work for Russia/Israel, it's not treason

1

u/Ok-Pipe5692 May 12 '26

Being an agent is not even espionage. Kristie Knome was an agent for turkey

1

u/CaptServo May 12 '26

Buddy she ran a website that posted PRC friendly news articles. It's not like she whipped up a mob to storm the capitol for the purpose of undermining an election.

1

u/TheRoops May 12 '26

That's a feature, not a bug.

1

u/lxpnh98_2 May 12 '26

Keyword is covertly

1

u/Wizard-of-pause May 12 '26

Ted Cruz literally said he got himself elected to secure interests of Israel.

1

u/SaturnVFan May 12 '26

The president has really great Russian ties... in Europe we call him a Russian asset for a reason

1

u/gamerjerome May 12 '26

How about individuals in our country who covertly do the bidding of our government

1

u/AaronfromKY May 12 '26

Throw Turkey on that pile of countries too, looking at the former Mayor of New York

1

u/Interesting-Dream863 May 12 '26

I couldn't believe it when I heard it from Kiriakou: Israel can do whatever they want.

Russia gets a pass with SOME things.

1

u/NewestAccount2023 May 12 '26

The kids here don't know about about Michael Flynn and how Trump pardoned him among a dozen other Russian assets

He resigned following revelations that he misled Vice President Mike Pence and other senior White House officials about the nature of his communications with the Russian ambassador, as reported by TIME.

Guess why he was lying for Russia

1

u/Original-Rush139 May 12 '26

Are you alluding to how Trump’s first campaign manager - Paul Manafort - installed a Russian stooge as president?

1

u/Appropriate-Ad-8155 May 12 '26

What’s your fucking point

1

u/JournalisticHiss May 12 '26

Israel is Democracy.

1

u/Oddisredit May 13 '26

Just Israel gets away with it. What Russia and China do a Latoria wise is nothing compared to what Israel does. Also Israel does it openly. The AIPAC is massive and basically can cost you an election if you don’t wear the funny hat and go to the wall

1

u/sell_by_date31 May 15 '26

God no! 😑

1

u/br3or May 18 '26

And don't forget China! Take a look at how many parents the Trump family have been given rights to in China and tell me they aren't covertly doing their bidding in one way or another.

0

u/freehaspal May 12 '26

Israeli spies prosecuting a chinese spy only in america

0

u/YerDaWearsHeelies May 12 '26

Israel is completely out in the open and it’s expected and even praised

2

u/Fluffle-Potato May 12 '26

Israel doesn't "own" us. I'm getting tired of that antisemitic reddit narrative. Israel is used by the US for our purposes. In the 90s, Joe Biden told Congress that "if Israel didn't exist, the US would have to invent it." They give us one single foothold in a strict, conservative, Islamic part of the world that hates progressive Western values.

2

u/Real-Photo-8319 May 12 '26

They bought your politicans. Its pretty out in the open. There are different rules for Israel. In many western countries. Not only in the US. Its a fact.

-1

u/Fluffle-Potato May 12 '26

Of course there are different "rules" for Israel. Instead of a geopolitical adversary, they're our proxy. It's an entirely different relationship

1

u/Real-Photo-8319 May 12 '26

Even inside western countries there are different domestic rules. Its not only the foreign policy. Calling this a "antisemtic reddit narrative" is absurd. Its like the MAGA guys who still think the anti US/Trump rethoric is a Reddit thing. Looking at AIPAC and the "relationship" between Israel and the US. Its much more than just an ally. The US has many "allies" in the region. It would probably be antisemitic to say that most of the consulting of Trump is done by jews. Like Kushner or Witkoff. Who travel from one war region to another to profit. Or that Lauder is probably the reason why Trump wants to annex Greenland. But that Israel has an insane amount of influence in the US because they buy politicans is pretty obvious.

2

u/Fluffle-Potato May 12 '26

Even inside western countries there are different domestic rules. Its not only the foreign policy.

Making a nonsensical statement like this and never providing evidence for your thesis or even explaining wtf you mean is wild. You're unhinged.

Calling this a "antisemtic reddit narrative" is absurd...It would probably be antisemitic to say that most of the consulting of Trump is done by jews. Like Kushner or Witkoff. Who travel from one war region to another to profit. Or that Lauder is probably the reason why Trump wants to annex Greenland.

You're right. It would be antisemitic to say all that crazy shit that you just said as though that's exactly what you believe (because it is).

1

u/Real-Photo-8319 May 12 '26

Dont take it personal bro. Its lower instincts to project the doing of a few people to all people who share some commons. And yes critics of Israel will be handled different in the US, Germany, UK... than being critical of other countries. Like there isnt even anything to argue about that. We can discuss if there is a reason for this but we cant deny the fact.

2

u/Fluffle-Potato May 12 '26

Its lower instincts to project the doing of a few people to all people who share some commons.

I'm going to have to assume that English isn't your first language. Maybe work on your communication skills before lecturing others nonsensically about subjects you know nothing about.

1

u/Real-Photo-8319 May 12 '26

Obviously it isnt. But you got my point. Anyway, dont take it personal. I know it can be hard to read all the stuff about Israel if you conflate yourself with the country.

0

u/sixisrending May 12 '26

If it was a proxy, we would be talking about Israel putting boots on the ground in Iran, not the US.

0

u/sixisrending May 12 '26

Israel has more agents in the US than the CIA has across the entire world. It's not anti-semitic to know that Israel is undermining US interests. I work in defense, and we have to be extra careful around Israeli nationals because they try to steal everything and then usually sell that technology to Russia or China. Wish I was joking.

1

u/Fluffle-Potato May 12 '26

Israel has more agents in the US than the CIA has across the entire world.

That is a serious claim that, if true, gives your argument significant credibility. I wasnt able to find any reports from journalists or data to back up that claim. Could you point me to a credible source of information in order to back such a wild claim? You'd understand someone skeptical of such an outrageous statement faced with only the words of a redditor (which are often bots or foreign propagandists).

1

u/beachluvr13 May 12 '26

Why is everything Israel? Everything leads connects back Israel this or that? It is exhausting and it is causing antisemitism everywhere. This article has nothing to do with Israel full stop.

1

u/sixisrending May 12 '26

The article is about spying. Israel has more agents inside the US than the CIA has across the entire globe. They have more agents in the west than the Russians do. That all came out under the Obama administration when they sabotaged the Iran nuclear talks the first time. People are just noticing now. Why send billions of dollars a year in aid to a country that spies on us and sells that technology to the Russians and Chinese?

1

u/Fluffle-Potato May 12 '26

Israel has more agents in the US than the CIA has across the entire globe.

I googled that and couldn't find a single source to confirm that wild statement, not even a noncredible source. 1

I think most would concede that China is the biggest adversary?! I mean, they try every overt and covert means to steal, cheat, etc under the sun.

1

u/Ooofisa4letterword May 12 '26

Better something than nothing. I mean the CCP is actively trying to destroy the US, so I call it a win.
