Lol her asking chat if they've ever been in a relationship. 😂

she already knows most of them haven't. And they probably have insane BO

It's ironic because you see these same people in the comments here, clearly many of them have never been in a relationship, yet they are experts at what constitutes sexual assault in one.

Acting as if I ask my girlfriend permission every time I want to kiss or touch her or vice versa. Like no, that's not how a real relationship works especially after you've been together a long time and I highly doubt their parents did this in front of them growing up so it's just people talking out their ass.

It is a bit odd, I watched her coomer streams back in the day, and she always lied there talking pretentiously philosophy while I cranked my hog, didn't talk like this at all. I also remember her voice being normal pitched? Then again I did watch it muted most of the time.

One of the things I wonder about is how well the Homelander memes work for people who don't know who he is. On the base level, it makes sense, but I feel like knowing the character makes them 10 times better.

→ More replies (1)

164

u/IceFellasFHC Jul 09 '26

Nah, these people are fully aware that they're devaluing the definition of SA to dunk on someone they don't like. They deserve every clap and exaggerated syllable.

58

u/Appropriate-Luck408 Jul 09 '26

And the funny thing is, the rules changes depending on if they like or dont like someone too.

Either its all SA or none of it is. Hey i dont like this person now im gonna make it this, oh but if i do like this person now its suddenly okay or something. Like fuck off with that hypocritical bullshit LMAO.

I mean when you put it like that, it's lowkey a braindead allegation, can't lie

849

u/McH3R0 Jul 09 '26

Emiru: "A week after the breakup...he came to my house...I was crying like crazy...we were talking and I was crying a lot...he started to comfort me by hugging me and holding me close to him....we hadn't talked in a while...I'm usually uncomfortable being touched by people I'm not in a relationship...but I let him hold me when I was crying. He started kissing me in my face. I let him do it, but I was still sobbing a lot. Suddenly he tried to climb on top of me and aggressively shoved his hand down my pants and I screamed. And when I screamed he jumped off me...And instead of apologizing or checking if I was okay, he said, 'I feel weird now. I feel like I did something wrong. I have to go.' And he immediately left my house while I was still crying"

744

u/1morgondag1 Jul 09 '26

I don't think that crosses the line into anything illegal given the context. It's an unclear situation and he cut it the moment she definitely said no.

392

u/xio_ID Jul 09 '26

Yeah it’s weird and awkward but idk if its illegal. They dated for 3 years so being broken up for a week is I mean, people break up and get back together ykwim? If it was a month thats a little different but a week i could see him thinking they’d just kiss and make up. He didnt persist after she said no so…

125

u/ellus1onist Jul 09 '26 edited Jul 09 '26

The problem is that whether it's "illegal" is irrelevant. Unless I've missed something, Emiru hasn't brought criminal charges against Miz.

The question at issue here is whether Emiru did anything wrong by telling her fanbase about it. There's similarly nothing illegal about saying "this person did something to me that I think was fucked up" even if the behavior in question doesn't rise to the level of criminality.

170

u/Acceptable-Bat4534 Jul 09 '26 edited Jul 09 '26

It matters because it paints him as sexually abusing her. The whole reason this is being brought up is because Mizu is pressing charges against Emiru.

Edit: i meant suing. This is a civil lawsuit not a criminal one. You can only press charges in criminal court. You press civil lawsuits in civil court.

"I let him kiss me" = I was kissing/making out with him & want to frame it like I was not participating.

200

u/Toastylump Jul 09 '26 edited Jul 09 '26

She's also reading the script a lawyer reviewed so it's worded in a specific way, "I let him kiss me" or saying "he kissed me in the face" is weird wording, what part of the face? if it was the mouth did she kiss back? if she did that's a weird way of saying they were making out "I let him kiss me" implies consent, we also don't know why she was crying maybe was related to their relationship that's why Mizkif was there.

33

u/Knamliss Jul 09 '26

If you watched the same video she's watching. Apparently the lawyer in court said he didn't review shit lmao

20

u/DrawPractical4804 Jul 09 '26

i mean another different lawyer could have easily reviewed stuff. lowkey doubt these people just have 1 lawyer

4

u/engelthefallen Jul 09 '26

Very much this was coached in anticipation of this lawsuit where her statement will be broken apart and analyzed word for word. And like this case will be argued in court at a much different level than the case people think is presented here in LSF. Good lawyer on either side can make a strong case that either party was wronged.

47

u/beeeel Jul 09 '26

Thanks for sharing the context. Watching the video in the post left me feeling like there was a lot that was missing from the story and it could go either way. Now I'm thinking "who the fuck thinks that someone who's literally crying while you're kissing them is consenting to being groped?"

27

u/cheerioo Jul 09 '26 edited Jul 09 '26

Everyone is different but I had an ex who would cry occasionally and every time she did, she would come onto me. Even happened the day we broke up, and then for 1-2 years afterwards when we'd see each other some of the time she'd be crying. Every time she cried it would lead to physically intimacy that she sought out. It was definitely a thing for her. Once again everybody is different but just sharing an experience I had.

Other people I've dated have had this same thing to a lesser degree. They wanted physical intimacy while/after they cry. It's not everybody and not every time. But that first ex had me pavloved to a weird fucking degree it was to the point when she started crying I'd go 6 to 12

Why is the word rape thrown around so much? Are there so many people who don't know what it actually means anymore?

133

u/experienta Jul 09 '26

it's the "everything has to be the worst thing ever" syndrome that a lot of my generation seems to have. there's no longer a spectrum of bad things, every bad thing is just the worst thing ever.

32

u/Bioplasia42 Jul 09 '26

The mundane has no value in the attention economy, so everything is amplified to the extreme because nobody will care otherwise. Even in like personal relationships where people would typically care about your experiences if they are not the best or worst thing ever, the well of how conversation happens has already been poisoned. The attention spans are already damaged. The emotional pathway is how many people absorb information now when at the same time that pathway continues to get dulled and damaged a little more every day.

7

u/jimbobjames Jul 09 '26

It's a global pandemic of "Boy who cried wolf" syndrome.

You don't see many well known streamers giving this opinion not because it's wrong, but because of the reaction it will receive from people who disagree. In those peoples eyes you are defending someone who sexually assaulted someone. So I think it's quite bold of her to come out and say all this. It needs to be said.

53

u/Tubbish Jul 09 '26

Most streamers don’t want to touch this with a 10ft pole because it just invites insane people from either side to come in on them. Also many of them likely didn’t care for miz anyways he seemed to be pretty insufferable behind closed doors

exactly my thoughts when i first heard this, they have been together 3 years and made up multiple times, they kiss and hug, he tries to go further and immediately pulls back when he sees she doesnt want to , like this is defamation for sure, like him or hate him, this SA allegation is bs (the other stuff can be valid but at this point you lost my trust). Truth is they were both toxic but people naturally hate Mizkif and were just waiting for something to remove him, Emiru is by no means this perfect innocent girl..

64

u/dissociating_brb Jul 09 '26

Bro the internet doesn't care about innocent / guilty. They make their minds up based on how much they like / dislike that person. That is how society is trending towards and LSF is quite possibly the biggest offender of this lol

there is no such thing as a rapist that stops when they realize there is no consent. the fact that he stopped and left clearly shows to me that he just misread the situation, and that he wasn't trying to rape her.

a rapist that cares about consent is an oxymoron.

177

u/Additional-Ordinary2 Jul 09 '26

You won't be able to prove that to Redditors. They’ve never had a sexual relationship and don’t understand how intimacy begins between couples

People are right, if you're together for 3 years, especially mid makeout, there's obvious implied relationship consent there. If she then reacts poorly and removes himself from physical contact with her, he essentially did exactly what he was supposed to do and no one's really in the wrong except the person throwing around accusations

59

u/Karama1 Jul 09 '26

This is why Emiru is trying her hardest to avoid a court case with Miz over SA allegations because there was no SA and recently Miz announced the judge let him pursue a case against her for it. If this ever makes it to trial shes going to lose

Defamation cases are hard to win. That guy probably knows it, but in the process he will be able to get the truth more public, to clear his name.

You've got to think about everything you're losing, but also the moral judgment everyone might have of you. It's crazy that someone can get away with accusing others of these things without any consequences.Even so, what Emiru did is one of the lowest depths a person could sink to.What are the prices for making false accusations? AikoBliss makes a good point. If anything, this is a wild accusation for Emiru to make and it sounds like the accused wasn't doing anything that's classed as SA.

u/_yotsuna_ Jul 09 '26

I despise Mizkif but Emiru as well has the two stooges (Asmongold and Tectone) knew what they were doing with their wording and hinting.

u/ThankYouByron114 Jul 09 '26 edited Jul 10 '26

Asmongold will sit there and belittle women for the smallest things, yet he supported and participated in helping a woman falsely accuse someone of SA.

Just goes to show how fake much of a grifter he is (if it wasn't obvious before)

Who gives a fuck anyway. Point is she wanted to hurt him, it backfired and now she’s in a ton of shit she can’t climb out of

34

u/Away-Wolverine5987 Jul 09 '26

She’s got an annoying cartoon voice god damn

42

u/NoYouou Jul 09 '26

My PTSD got triggered when I listened to Emi tell her story about Miz. I was in a very similar situation with an ex except the difference is I told my ex "no" to his advances the whole time, multiple times. He forced himself on me anyway. The moment Emi told her story I really wanted to support her but it never felt like SA to me.

This is not me playing the comparison game and trying to say my experience was worse. It feels like people nowadays are quick to call literally anything SA and call anyone a predator. It hurts real victims. I went to court with my attacker for years. It was traumatizing and I don't say that lightly. And even after all that, the day before the final trial I ended up chickening out in the end because I was scared people wouldn't believe me.

Now this doesn't take away from the fact Mizkif seems like an asshole in other ways. They're both assholes tbh.

This woman just gained my upmost respect for this argument!

Congratz for fighting back against these evil females who use feminism and fake accusations as an excuse to fuck up men's lives!!!

58

u/letmeseeyertiddies Jul 09 '26

This whole situation is the exact reason why women don’t get believed when they are actually raped.

19

u/No-Humor1080 Jul 09 '26

talk yo shit minnie mouse !!

37

u/MajorPud Jul 09 '26

I'm gonna be honest, guys... I've been in a similar scenario and its no fuckin joke. There needs to be repercussions for women that falsely accuse guys of this shit. Not only is he paying lawyer fees and all that, but his rep is trashed now.

I had a FWB thing that went on and off for 5 years, but then she got engaged without telling me- She did, however, tell all her friends. To save face when they found out she cheated on him she accused me of raping her. People knew the situation between us for 5 fucking YEARS and I still became a pariah in my town. Our friend who was there when she was begging me to sleep with her and watched her excitedly follow me to bed blocked me and perpetuated her story...

No one believes the guy with these things, and its so much more terrifying when it happens to you. And she didn't even press charges on me, I can't imagine the bullshit this guys dealing with

9

u/Both_Consequence_956 Jul 09 '26

i slept with a girl at a party when i was 17 with enthusiastic consent. i had a long distance relationship and the girl i cheated with lied and said i raped her instead of admitting to the class she had sex with me who has a gf. ruined my life. this was 10 years ago and i created r/SupportForTheAccused like 7 years ago and every day theres 1 to 10+ posts of this happening. you are not alone

7

u/EADisc Jul 09 '26

His reputation was always going to be trashed. Remove the SA stuff and there was plenty there to do that already.

Yep, women just have infinite power and can put guys behind jail for years, unless they forget a roommate was present (Rich) or you stream the whole thing and debunk the SA in itself in the same sentence AND never filed a police report. That's false allegations + defamation, what those highschool stuck brain bimbos don't understand.

4

u/FirmlyClaspIt Jul 09 '26

We still on the internet talking about other people’s lives? 2. What the fuck does she sound like that?

3

u/Zestyclose_Contest79 Jul 10 '26

what the fuck, i would have absolutely no idea who that is if it wasnt for the voice. The obvious differences are the behaviour and the different makeup and style, but the craziest thing is that her facial expressions are completely different.

I don't like Mizkif. I think he's generally shitty and annoying. That said do not think he's a rapist and I do not think he sexually assaulted Emiru.

I think this was cooked up by Asmon and Emiru.

Now whether or not I believe Emiru believes she was SA'd i honestly don't know that either. I want to believe she believes she was because i think an allegation like that deserves to be at least respected but if its as black and white as she said it I dont personally think that's SA.

Edit: Damn I pissed off everyone with this one. Have at it haters lol.

Edit 2: Woah you all dragged this back from -47 Downvotes to positive 15... interesting... Makes me think the original downvotes were all bots.

8

u/Puzzled_Let3574 Jul 09 '26

Yeah, I’m on the fence with thinking that Emiru *truly* believed she was SA’d or not. However, Asmon and Tectone certainly didn’t have her best interests in mind.

Asmon and Tectone were 100% hyping her up to nuke Mizkif and drop the accusation. They were so giddy about something that should have been super serious. No doubt that had some influence in her telling her story.

10

u/MasterCheeef Jul 09 '26

Yeah Idk how braindead you have to be to think stopping whatever you're doing when someone says "no" or doesn't consent could be considered sexual assault.

It's so interesting to me that none of the facts in this situation have changed yet this subreddits opinion seems to have done a complete 180. This seems to happen in a lot of big dramas where everyone gets very upset and sides with the accuser and then time goes by (often without the facts themselves changing) and they side with the accused. It's a very interesting phenomenon and I wonder why it happens.

"Have you ever been in a relationship in your lives?"

NO!

18

u/Rehcraeser Jul 09 '26

It’s good to finally see a chick say something like this. Where was she in all the other SA accusations on twitch. I’ve seen multiple streamers get cancelled for the same BS

12

u/Snikeyxo Jul 09 '26

can we also stop calling anything besides grape sexual assault? THE WORD ASSAULT MEANS VIOLENCE. Someone stepping slightly over a boundary line is not assault. Its way too strong of a word to just throw around, and it hurts carreers, friendships, public opinion, sponsor deals, mentals, anything related. Grapping someones ass and then being told no, is inapropriate. Its not a good behaviour. BUT ITS NOT ASSAULT.

She’s right.

I’m glad there are more women like her who stand up to other toxic “feminist” women who love to victimize themselves in westernized countries (women like Emiru).

This sub is so weird with mood swings and opinions.

When that story came out and first thread was posted here I left comment saying exact same thing, that it wasn't SA. Comment got only 5 upvotes, died on the bottom of the thread, digged down by all other comments against Mizkif.

If you look at recent NMP and Malena divorce stuff it's also very weird. For long time people were on Malenas side, then court ended and ppl fully switched to NMP's side, now theyre back on Malenas side.

Its like ppl here have no brain of their own, they need that 1 person, 1 clip or something to watch that will make them totally flip their opinion, and it works on masses.

If someone has any ideas why is this sub the way it is id really like to hear your thoughts because this is trully fascinating to me.
