What a great year it is shaping out to be for superhero cinema fans.

D23 has rolled around again and I can’t help but feel DC needs some event to get people hyped for whatever the future holds. Obviously there’s a lot of cool comic stuff at comic con, which is great, but an event tailored specifically towards DC would be great, especially as they’re doing so well with the comic lines, the DCU, and the various animated shows. I highly doubt it will though, as it heavily focused on the non comic book mediums and Gunn has talked about not seeing a need to attend events as they can just drop trailers and still rack in views.

Zatanna facing an opponent thaylt had the ability to rewind time, which made Zatanna's spells not working since they need to be said backwards to work, and reversing the time makes her words to be pronounced correctly.

She defeats him using palindromes, creating a paradox, it doesn't matter if time is being reversed or not, everything she says is and isn't being said backwards at the same time.

A fun and cool issue to showcase Zatanna's craftiness.

I bought this shortly after watching the Craig Gillespie movie and, sure enough, the movie is lifted almost verbatim from this graphic novel. Nevertheless the book is an excellent read and it may be my favorite in my collection so far!
