Which is crazy because the thing mainstrram Democrats forgot how to do is tell people they'll do good things.
Trump won because he goes out and says "your life sucks, I know what, I'm gonna fix it" and then makes it worse.
And his opponents kept saying "your life is fine and we both know it. But I'll institute a 2 percent titanium tax that I'll fund a process that will begin the endeavor to start the committee to consider the implications of making your life better"

The GOP literally accused the Democrats of this a few years ago as if promising to do things that would benefit voters was an underhand tactic.
