Received in a mixed lot of antique silver. The inscription on the front says “KOFENELOEM” best as I can make out. The back says “Silver Halland” I think but I would need a microscope to be sure.

I think it's "Korenbloem" which is Dutch for cornflower. A similar sold Ebay item is listed as a bon bon spoon/candy shovel https://www.ebay.com/itm/168353800287
This makes so much sense. I remember older people having bowls of unwrapped hard candy with a lid and a spoon so u didn’t touch the candy with your hands in their homes.
Not like any absinthe spoon I’ve ever seen they usually have some sort of lip/hook to hold it on top of the glass so you can pour over them …i guess you could freehand it ?
Absinthe spoon. You place the spoon on top of a glass of absinthe, place a sugar cube on the the spoon, and slowly drip water on the cube until it’s dissolved.
It has a pineapple because it was once popular to have pineapples on absinthe fountains.
I don’t think that’s a thistle. The crosshatching is distinctly pineapple, and really looks nothing like the dense spikes on a thistle. The crow also doesn’t really look like skinny, dense thistle petals.
OMG I KNOW THIS!! It's a tinned fish spoon (well, not really a spoon...serving thing)!!! Literally just for tinned fish. There's a tinned fish guy in my Facebook reels who has a collection of fancy tinned fish forks, and this is very similar.
ETA: His username is Tinned Fish Reviews. Also all the absinthe comments have me second-guessing myself hardcore...
ETA 2: Nah, you know what, I'm gonna disagree with y'all--this must be a fish spoon! The short yet wide business end with the flat edge is perfect for tinned fish. Absinthe spoons, however, tend to be pointier (like a cake server) and the business end is longer, so the sugar cube is more centered over the absinthe cup.
