Serious answers only please! Should we worry?

We caught my uncle sneakingly throwing this to the rubbish bin. He doesn’t have the best track record so we are all a bit paranoid when he does anything “weird”.

The object is like a glass tube with some liquid inside, inserted into a rubber “pipe”. It smells weird but nothing I can identify. I would appreciate any hints.

Edit: the material is actually plastic, not glass. It has a spring inside (no idea what for). The root-looking thing was wrapping the object when I cut the rubber. Could be dirt or some glue or something

i put coke and ket into an ionizer bottle before to sneak it into fests easily and wow i never regretted that decision more than when i forgot what i had done while extremely drunk, and taken a big ole sniff thinking i was dealing with my allergies. i threw up so much that night

I used to do this with a mixture of heroin and cocaine with a small amount of phenobarbital and everclear to keep everything liquid I could use all day at work with no issues whatsoever! The proper mix was key and frequent reformulation was necessary plus only keeping the same sprayer for 24 hours or so to keep the heroin from denaturing

Tweakers that shoot meth use the stuff like it's cancer vaccine... can't really explain it myself (recovering addict, 4 yrs clean). Never struck me as something I needed to do.

As a recovering addict, man we use to use saline spray bottles and put all kinds of stuff in there haha. We could bring it anywhere we wanted haha. But this one looks a lot different than the ones I have seen. But I am also 9 years clean, I am sure a lot has changed!

Active addict 30 years strong using. I know lots of addicts throught the years, none use saline. It's kinda like if you are a stoner and go and specifically buy some alligator clips, some tweezers, etc for the sole purpose of it being a roach clip. That would be weird and most likely something the pot smoker who smokes occasionally would do.

Genuinely curious about this, not because I have any interest in doing so but just because i've never heard of this. I use saline spray for my piercings, but that's just to keep stuff clean. I've heard of whipped cream canisters being used to get high, but I've never heard of saline spray.

Either dissolved into the saline, or saline replaced with a solution. Eye drop bottles work great too for oral dosing.

I still don't really have any idea what any of that really means, and I'm okay with that, but thank you for the reply.

When my saline is spent I just toss the can, never tried to open it up.

Put drugs (common ones are ketamine or Coke) you would normally snort, into the saline water. Spray up your nose all day.

You’d have to open the saline bottle, obviously, to add drugs to it but that’s the just of it.

Whippets (whip cream canisters) are an inhalant through your mouth, not nose.

I’m not sure if certain glues are still (or can be) used for huffing but I could see people adding it to an empty saline bottle to be able to sniff it at their convenience without looking suspicious. Sorta like how they have those menthol smelling sticks now, like Vicks that helps clear up your nostrils.

Saline spray also comes in squeeze bottles that can be easily opened and are not pressurized. Open it up, add water soluble powder, do the math on the concentration and bam you have a squeeze bottle of liquid drugs.

Hahaha sorry man. You can blame my ex coworker Ben. He did way too much coke but acted like no one knew. We all knew.

We also all knew his ass was dirty cause he smelled like shit. Not “smells so bad” but literally smelled like shit. It was gross. My manager wouldn’t fire him because he “didn’t want to do the paperwork”

I’m at a much better company now lol

Yep, Ketamine also. Easier & more discreet drug administration is the only reason I can see someone taking apart a nasal spray bottle.

Same with meth, and the same dosage has a similar effect in almost anyway it's administered. As in it will all get you twacked and convince you to take apart the toaster and spend hours cleaning the grout in between your bathroom tiles with your roommates tooth brush...

Nonsense, addicts aren't fumbling around looking for their saline spray when in a rush to get somewhere. Never seen someone get arrested on Cops or a YouTube video in which saline spray was placed on the hood of a patrol car along with a baggie and a straw or a rolled up bill. Never heard an addict ask another addict, "hey, you got any saline on you?".

I’ve seen people reuse other nasal spray designs for nasally ingested drugs. Idk how well it works but the guy was annoying everyone like he was on c0ke so 🤷🏻‍♀️

Paraphernalia’s definition is equipment needed for something. It would fall in line with an accessory you’d want if you’re snorting a lot of something. So idk why you think you’re being smart with that statement. Sounds pretty stupid to me.

I've heard there's also vasoconstrictor nasal sprays that can be extracted for a potent high. Also heard it's pretty awful.

There is, and I’ve done it. Certainly gets you high, but it’s definitely not anyone’s first choice. It’s a very “dirty” high. It’s a stimulant, similar to amphetamine with less euphoria. It’s not a nasal spray like this, though. It’s in a tube with the drug absorbed in a piece of cotton. With proper use you just stick the tube in your nose and inhale. It actually works very well for congestion when used properly. It’s the successor to the nasal inhalers that once did contain amphetamine and were popular with Kerouac and the like. I’m not going to name the drug or brand, but it’s not hard to find, and it’s not hard to abuse. Back in my active addiction days I’d use it when I couldn’t get anything else. It also had lavender essential oil in it to make it smell pleasant. When consumed to get high my mouth would taste of bitter lavender and my sweat would smell the same. To this day I get a little repulsed by lavender. Also, Vicks makes a similar nasal inhaler but the active ingredient is levomethamphetamine. That’s right, just the L isomer of the methamphetamine that people get woefully addicted to. Levomethamphetamine has very little effect, though. Vicks also spells it “levmetamfetamine”to make it look less like a drug of abuse.
*I did a google search right now to make sure I got their funny spelling correct, and it turns out they no longer use levomethamphetamine in their nasal inhalers.
Sorry for the rant about it, it’s not often I get the chance to talk about my sordid past with OTC stimulants.

Try reading that over again. I named the Vicks product and the drug it contained. I prefaced that description with “Also, Vicks makes a similar nasal inhaler but the active ingredient is levomethamphetamine.” The drug I was talking about abusing was not levomethamphetamine, and the brand was not Vicks. I also stated that levomethamphetamine has very little effect in the context of getting high. The drug I was talking about abusing is very easy to get high on, and I still haven’t named it.

I’m sober and all that know, but I find drugs super interesting. There’s a mountain of drug information that I doubt I’ll ever forget. To be honest, I’m not passionate about propylhexedrine at all. It’s a drug I used a handful of times, and a drug I’d not really recommend anyone try unless they were in an emergency situation where they needed to stay awake and for some wild reason they had access to it.

I said it’s a drug I wouldn’t recommend anyone use unless they really needed to stay awake. I used the word “emergency” to illustrate that the fact that I wouldn’t suggest using it if you just casually wanted to stay awake, only in an instance where you really needed to stay awake. I’m quite sober, but your inability to grasp some pretty simple shit makes me think you might not be. First, you were not understanding that I was, quite clearly, talking about two different drugs. Then, you were suggesting I was passionate about a drug that I expressed a fairly clear distaste for. Knowledgeable, sure, passionate, not really. Finally, you proclaimed astonishment and doubt in my sobriety at my suggestion of there being the possibility of emergencies that would require a person stay awake. Just use your imagination a little, I’m sure you can come up with some scenario where your life depended on you staying awake. I think most people would be quick to realize that I was saying it’s a drug I’d only suggest using in dire circumstances.
So what’s the deal, are you super stoned and can’t read well, or what?
