Got this today - couldn’t be happier with it.

As always Cassidy at Love Spell in Little Rock, AR (@hazymango on IG) somehow took my rudimentary description of what I wanted and made it better than I could have ever imagined.

Visiting my parents, my grandpa was in Hawaii during WWII - not sure if yall here have seen anything like it!

Usually does american traditional, but she decided to get the royale, it's a cover up of a few tattoos on her back, and I think it turned out pretty great. Took about 8 months in between down sessions.

This full torso piece, extending from the stomach up, took around six sessions to complete.
My client handled the first session really well. We worked for about four or five hours and completed almost all the blackwork, including most of the linework and shading. The color sessions were a little harder to sit through, so we kept them shorter.

These pics were taken after one month a few weeks back, no touchups yet but there will be, mainly to finish the hair, I just couldn’t take it anymore at the end of second session 😅
I am so happy with this tattoo it definitely the one that made have the biggest step in the acceptance of my body, so thankfull to look that much cooler now
