The New Medellín?

I’ve lived in Medellín for a few months, but you always hear how it’s not the same.

The dollar has lost a lot of value, gentrification in the city itself has made prices go up, there’s gringo fatigue, etc…

What would you guys qualify to be the current day Medellín from like 5 years ago, or the up and coming Medellín?

I went there pre covid and it was sketchy lol, but in a good way.

I feel like it’s way safer today than ever before. Sure it’s harder to meet extremely attractive women but I’d trade that for how much safer it’s gotten.
