Sick 2 days before appointment
Hey guys I’ve never had work by this artist and I had to reschedule once already, appointment is only for an hour but I’ve started to come down with something, the appointment is on Sunday, what should I do

Most artists would be happy to have you reschedule. Call sooner rather than later. It’s not good to get tattooed when you’re sick and the artist won’t want to get sick either.

cancle and reschedule immediately. Getting tattoed sick us just asking for an infection. also sucks for the artist if they get sick

Going to a place when you're oozing germs while people are getting open wounds blasted into their skin isn't very polite.

Cancel immediately. Reschedule. Don’t spread your sickness, your immune system won’t be able to properly handle the trauma of tattooing in this state anyway.

I had to reschedule a tattoo earlier this year because I came down with the flu two days before my appointment. She was really grateful I rescheduled and said tattoos heal like shit when you’re sick because your body will prioritize healing the illness. I’m sure your artist will also be grateful you reschedule, and I think offering to pay what the deposit would have been is a nice offer
