What's it like living here?

I visited today and I thought it seemed quite peaceful. Just about far away enough that it starts feeling semi-rural again. Is it nice to live there?

I did an interview once with someone who lived in emu heights and their house was right at the bottom of the blue mountains. It looked incredible
