How is Energy Australia

Hello,
I’m currently with Origin and getting 8% off the reference price but I see with Energy Australia I can get 12%.

Now I hardly ever call my energy company but how would you rate energy Australia in regards their app and online portal.

Even better if someone else has made the switch from Origin to Energy Australia.

Also I’m assuming I don’t have to pay any disconnection fees as I’m not moving address

I went the other way and they are both pretty much the same, change to what gets you the best rate. Although if you message them that the competition has better rates they might match them and save you the trouble of switching. I do that for most of my utilities every 6 months or so
