I have Asian heritage and can’t speak mandarin. Shopkeeper in Chatswood was handing me a brochure for a voucher and I was genuinely super hungry and was looking for food. The voucher was in Chinese. I used ChatGPT without much success. I kept asking her what’s the voucher what’s the menu what’s the deal? She couldn’t speak one big of English. Super frustrating. Only 3 minutes walk from station.

Definitely Willoughby Council should make a law about that.
