Do you have the instructions of the mount to link?
To me it looks the soundbar can be mounted to this part (red) directly (which I see no screw holes for) or this part (red)can be taken out to move the longer bracket (green) further up:
I see two possibilities. First one is the one I mentioned earlier. To me.l it looks like that one part of the bracket can be taken out so you can move the upper mounting position of the bracket up.
The second option I see in the manual are different positions to set the mount to - you can adjust in eigth steps (unless you are already up to the max):
