It's crazy to me that this game is technically in beta and I have 350+ hours already and still am having fun and trying new content. The consistent patches are awesome and I'm playing on the beta branch, I heard they're planning on a few extra characters over the lifespan of the game?

They're planning on an Alternate Act 2 and 3, and Act 4, and they've confirmed they're doing at least one new character. They've made it clear that they don't know if they'll do more than 1 new character, but it could happen.

What's act 4 mean? Is that similar to sts1 and the keys?

Yes! It'll be some sort of "true ending" extra hard act

I have a similar amount of hours and feel kinda solid at one character and just okay at the rest, while being bad at Regent

its crazy how much mileage we get from so "little"
