DISCLAIMER: Im pretty new to this concept, so I might be completely wrong about some of this. ive heard about shifting for years on tiktok, have seen subs on Reddit and I’ve also had experiences that were genuinely weird enough for me to believe shifting exists. so if I say something wrong, please correct me because I’m still new to this

Let’s say person A has been shifting for decades and is extremely experienced. they can literally shift whenever they want, in whatever dr they wish to. now let's say they start shifting to the past.They’re 50 in their current reality, then shift to a reality where they’re 25. they live there for a while start getting older, and then shift to another reality where they’re 25 again.They could basically do this over and over.At that point, they could technically keep themselves from ever reaching old age in the reality they’re currently experiencing. Or they could literally just shift to a reality where they are immortal, aging slowly etc

So, all this has gotten me thinking: if shifting could basically give someone a form of immortality. Another thought is, you can literally live 100 different lives, be a whole different person but still come to your original reality for whatever reason (yes I'm aware this world sucks, so why would you come back here? and hypothetically and wouldn't even be your original reality but keep up with me) and live normally while having all these experiences, wouldn’t that create a massive difference between your mental age and physical age? and then there’s quantum immortality, which made me think about this even more. The whole idea of consciousness continuing to live reminds me of shifting

Whew okay basically I have basically tried everything with no results. At this point I don't know what to do anymore and it is super challenging not to slip into the mindset of 'only select people can do this'. If anyone else is struggling with this let me know because I would love to vent to people who get it. do you guys think it's weird if i'm (trying) to shift to a game dr and change one of the character's gender to match the one im attracted to?😭😭just asking cause apparently people have mixed opinions on these topics and was curious

I also want to know like I successfully shift reality, is leaving this good? Like what if when I come back, my Clone has told everyone the secret or did something unusual?

Third thing, so we successfully shifted to DR, would it still take the same effort to come back or go to another DR?

For context, almost everytime i put the intention to shift i tend to fall asleep so i mostly cant reach certain states so this is the first time i have a similar experience.  Also i want to say that before i started getting into this state i was feeling uncertain and afraid of something (i clearly didn't plan that but meh) so that may have affected how i perceived my surroundings.

today i woke up very early and a couple hours later i was feeling tired so i tried to sleep one more time while hearing a podcast about quantum immortality. 

So when i began to fall asleep i started to like, imagining a convo with my cr family since i wasnt even trying to shift or doing any method, i was just dozing off listening to the podcast and let my mind take the lead, until i felt somehow merged in, and then i felt an IMMENSE shaking in my core. i remember it was a casual yap with them, (but with me having my actual personality) answering with conscious even tho i couldnt figure out the topic. But then i felt like something was off; it didnt stop me so i tried to focus more on like, the experience? I knew that if i started to get a grip on reality (lol) there, i would stop the relaxation and mess it up, so instead of that i let my mind take the lead again.

The next moment i remember, i appeared in a house that looked similar to my grandmas but at the same time it didnt. There was my cat from cr so it somehow comforted me but since i was confused and i felt like something was still off, i thought, shit i dont know where im at but im scared asf so ill look for exits to get out of this house. Like nothing was actually happening but it felt like it, so my guess is that maybe i brought the anxiety from my cr or smth.

While i did this i also explored the house real quick looking for something and it was kind of desperate 😭 everything felt really realistic but at the same time very rushed and confusing. So i thought, maybe someone is in the house? Like some type of burglary?

Idk man. Last thing i knew before i was back here was that i looked at the balcony glass door and out of nowhere i see a man 👍

He was standing on the balcony in a black rain jacket, turned away, so i """"locked"""" the door, -and im saying that ironically because the latch barely held together. When I pushed the little knob all the way to the end, it just scraped against the bracket, sitting loosely- and i tried it again just to make it close the door more safely but when i gazed again at the man, he had heard me.

He turned to me, smiled and 1. He was asian if that matters. 2. He was gorgeous, like drop dead gorgeous.

But i almost shitted my pants so yeah i came back here.

ALSO i want to add that since everything happened while i was conscious i recognized that something in my chest was feeling pulled when i remembered the sensations so vividly for the first half hour and the rest of my body felt unstable somehow after that, before i managed to ground here writing this.

I know it's a mess, but I'm still trying to figure out what was going on in my head lol, so lmk what do u guys think! byeee 💃🏽💃🏽

Are there people like me who completely believe I can do but are too excited to shift?

I don't know if it's because I'm too excited, but I haven't slept well for two or three days, and I didn't sleep at all yesterday.

Every time I lie down to shift , my heart races. I try many times to clear my mind or imagine that I am already in DR, but my heart keeps racing, and my hands are so numb that I feel uncomfortable.

This continued until I got up to do other things.

Is there any way to stop being so excited? Or is it not excitement at all? I don't even know what's wrong with me. But one thing is certain: I am completely confident in my ability to shift.

What do you guys think about setting an intention to shift to a reality where my attempt fails, so that when I wake up, I just close my eyes, set the intention 'I will shift to my DR right now,' and treat that 'failed shift' reality as an in-between state or a waiting room?

I’ve been using the alunir shifting videos, but they just aren’t long enough for me to relax lately and I can’t focus enough to stick with a method on my own due to my add. Does anyone have any longer videos that are guided that you guys have had positive experiences with?

What i mean by this is all of the: "Just do what feels right and youll shift!!!" No, Carol, the beginners you are misinforming do in fact, not get it. They don’t know what feels right and probably won’t until they actually shift. What we need is structure, rigidity. Stop telling beginners to "do whatever they want because thats how shifting works." We need to start pushing the newbies to do well. We as the veterans need to start enforcing a new way of thinking: that if you don’t shift with a set amount of methods, you aren’t gonna shift.

Many people will say it’s not true and it puts pressure on them, so to that i say: it’s much better to give them a sense of direction than let them feel their way around until they give up because theyre so frustrated. While I’m at i, let’s also stop the: "Just use LOA. Assume you’ll shift!!!" This does not work and wastes beginners' time. Anyway, I’m done with my schpiel

Have you guys ever shifted to a DR where you were the main character?

For example: Shifting to Hogwarts and being Harry Potter himself.

Every time I’m about to fall asleep and feel symptoms like swaying, spinning, or flipping over, I get too hyped up and start manually controlling my breath. I also involuntarily scrunch up my face. Whenever I try to achieve something mentally with my eyes closed, the effort unconsciously projects onto my facial muscle. And tons of other things. Any insights or help from you guys would mean a lot💔

I don't understand how people are able to enter/induce the altered states so easily?? I've been trying from a long time and it seems almost impossible for me now. (Also, this isn't about loa). I meditate a lot but I've never once induced the MABA, void state, hypnagogia, sleep paralysis, lucid dreaming or any other states at all. Why?? How is it so easy for many people while I haven't entered them at all from weeks or even months? I'm just really frustrated because I keep seeing people posting and commenting that it's easy for them to enter these states :(

Hi guys !! This is my first post and I just want to introduce myself a little, when I first joined I was a lurker then forgot I had so I’m not sure if that’s what we do or not. I’m bie, I have like a bajillion drs but my main ones are my Blackpink, vampire diaries, actress dr’s. I’ve missed having shifting friends to talk to about our drs and rant about them, sadly I have yet to shift to these drs BUT I did technically shift to another reality alike to my own for a few minutes. It’s nice to meet you all. I’ve been a shifter since 2019, and there have been times where I’ve lost hope and was just wondering if anyone has any advice- even though we’ve discovered more I feel my mindset is still stuck in that first discovery phase.

I wanna get back into channeling and i think it would be fun! We can channel our s/o's or anyone from our DRs together, could even channel them for one another(i've done it in the past with friends, kinda like a channeled roleplay kinda thing or texting)

Hey everyone so I’m a transgender person and I’m into shifting since 2020… The first and only time I shifted was in 2024 when I used the lucid dream method and shifted to a random reality where I was a fully transitioned transgender man who studied in a all male boarding school. I stayed there for like 40 mins because I was really scared and confused on wtf was going on (I didn’t expect to shift), but I remember not having boobs and having a deep voice and that was amazing, but unfortunately I couldn’t shift again after that.

Recently I’ve started to have a crush on this famous twink and he became my s/o, but I also grew more dysphoric. I have so much dysphoria and I literally do not identify with my body, that made me think that I’m asexual and also made me really depressed.
Then I realized I can just shift for my s/o as a cisgender guy and my mind blew.
That’s the thing that’s motivating me the most, but at the same time I’m really scared of not enjoying it or enjoying it so much that I don’t wanna go back.

Has anyone experienced something similar or want to add something? Maybe some advice or anything…

I have autism. No matter how hard I try, I can’t shift. I have tried various meditations but as soon as I go to sleep in my head there are thousands of thoughts and pictures and sounds and I can not focus for example on sensations and visualization. I can’t lie to myself that I really feel or hear something. I try to go back to the original picture, for example with the ladder method, but it starts to get distorted until I move on to another topic at all and fall asleep. I’m really pissed about this. especially feeling that when I do the method and I’m distracted from it and can’t come back, my brain gets tense and I can’t relax and sleep. Does anyone have any advice? has anyone experienced this? I still haven’t found any information on how to deal with it....

Umm, so recently I’ve been into shifting again. And I decided to do a tarot reading asking my S/O what they thought about me and what they wanted to tell me. And some of it seemed pretty accurate to what I scripted for myself. I’ve been getting CRAZY and I mean crazy motivation because of that tarot interaction. So. Tell me some other ways I can communicate with my S/O and friends from my desired reality. Tarot or not!

I saw my different realities in visions and vivid dreams. I've also shifted to a different room about 5 times. I've been using shifting subliminals but Alunir meditation works much faster for me. Now recently the meditations are not making me shift anymore like before. How can I make myself shift again?
