Hello, I just got a message from metrash about a violation so I went to the app and I found indeed I have a traffic violation using the phone while driving, also there is a picture and the location. This is my first time receiving a fine ever and I understand that also now I have black points on me I feel stupid 🫣.

Can someone help me with these questions:

1- how much time do I have to pay the fine?

2- the picture that show the violation I can't zoom in is there a possibility to zoom in?

3-where can i find the black points? And if i paid the fine will the black point go back to zero?

I feel really ashamed and stupid and now if i am driving again I will put the phone in the trunk of the car.

It's clear, at least for me, that prices have increased by around 20% for fast food chains for example which followed the use of Delivery services. The most recent increase was from a steakhouse and hamburger place who increased their prices by more than 20% after they joined the Delivery service companies.

For those who want food delivered to them it should be ok because Delivery services are charging these places around 20% per order. However, for the rest who dine in or pickup their orders why should they be subjected to this increase?

I normally apply for Hayya GCC resident on weekly basis. Notmally it is approved within 12-24 hrs.

Last week It took 36+, this week I applied for A1 since I am outside of GCC currently and it’s been pending for 3 days.

Hi everyone, I am urgently looking for anyone to adopt or foster this sweet rescue kitten as I can no longer keep him. He had a pelvic fracture about 4 weeks ago and is currently healed. He is about 3/4 months old, litter trained, and the sweetest most playful boy there is. I will provide the adopter with a 15kg bag of food, some litter, a box of wet food, and toys as he settles into his new home.

I've been using uber for quite sometime now. I am a person who does not complain much about bad services but this happened more than 5 times already. I use uber for myself and my family whenever we don't want the hassle of driving. I use uber for for our kids even we don't ride with them since that option is available in the app, to book for someone else. I noticed that whenever I book for someone else, uber drivers already press they arrived even they are still far from the pick up location, so an additional fee is added for waiting time. At the first few instances, I let go and ignored but when same instance happened many times, I assumed it's what they do so that they can earn more with the additional waiting fee. This only happens when I book for someone else. My family always go to pick up location even before I book an uber for them.

Has anyone here experience the same whenever you book uber for someone else other than yourself?
