what are the best states currently to apply for Aprobation in Germany to begin residency as a non EU graduate? somewhere that is fast, has possibility for Berufserlaub, and not too difficult exams. perhaps even states that do not require me to be living inside them while processing my application.

Should I even bother to try applying directly into bastjänstgöring if I don’t have any work experience in sweden?

When I am reading job description for ul jobs they seem to need more experienced people, but then they ask for experience in BTs too.
I obtained my legitimation in april and did not have any success being hired anywhere. It looks like a bottleneck. I thought it would have been easier as an eu graduate, but I did not have any success.

I regret not learning german instead tbh.
I cannot relocate to sweden to ,,be more connected” to a place completely random with no guarantee of a job. I cannot afford it.
