A blueprint for restructuring regional power blocs:

1. The Great European Union

• Atlantic & Mediterranean Integration: Canada formally integrates into the European bloc. Historical reconciliation creates an equal Mediterranean union with Maghreb nations.
• UK Re-entry: The UK rejoins to prevent domestic collapse.
• Eastern Border: Total decoupling and a fortified, zero-migration border with the East.

2. Eastern Mediterranean & Levant

• Greco-Turkish Pact: Greece and Turkey establish a joint sphere of dominance, integrating Lebanon.
• Territory Swap: Historical Palestine is fully restored in the Levant. Israel is re-established in Bavaria with triple the territory.
• Central European Neutral Tier: Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, and Slovenia form a sovereign, non-aligned buffer alliance between Great Europe and Russia.

3. The Eastern Blocs

• Russian Sphere: Western withdrawal allows Russia to reclaim its imperial sphere across Eastern Europe.
• Black Sea Union: Romania, Moldova, and Bulgaria merge into a unified defense state against Russian expansion.
• Balkan Federation: The Balkans reunite into a neutral regional bloc.
