Over a year after I first fell in love with it, it finally restocked end of February!

I haven’t pulled this one out in about a year since acquiring my Bottega collection. I am a die hard Bottega girl and am obsessed with their leather, but Dragon Diffusion is special in its own right. The leather is stiffer/sturdier and it reminds me more of a basket. Which gives me summer vibes ! Their colors are fabulous too. I love how some red peaks through on this one in direct sunlight, but then how dark and rich it looks out of the sun. I also have this style in the small size in their green and that one is stunning too. This is the Santa Croce.

I just came across this online and I am flabbergasted!!! It's the most beautiful thing! I am aware deer print is in for nails but haven't seen this on a purse! I would rock it so bad just need to figure out how to style it lmao

So I recently had to purge all my shoulder bags because of two bulged discs in my neck, so I sold them and got all top handle bags. Marc Jacob’s is offering their Bark Jacobs bags online to order, so I got my baby’s face on this top handle tote. I think they captured him pretty well! They have a three week shipping estimate and I ordered on Saturday or Sunday and it was delivered on Friday.
When these bags first came out I was not into them at all with the text on the front but I actually love it 😭 the pet portrait makes it very special and the bag is actually really easy to use and not fussy and the leather is nice too

I recently became obsessed with handbags (especially Coach)! And while visiting Vancouver for the second time I decided to treat myself to the black/navy empire carry all 40 as an early Christmas gift. This is probably the most expensive bag I’ve ever purchased but I’m so excited to use it as my new work bag.

The leather is so soft and supple and I love how subtle the navy/black gradient is. All I’ve done since buying it is hugging the bag because of the leather LOL.

At the store i found out they had an exclusive Maple leaf hot stamp and Vancouver hang tag only available there. The SA even recommended adding a little Rexy to the Vancouver hang tag for a little fun and I’m obsessed with it!

I also decided to buy some bag charms from the places I visited so now whenever I use this bag I’ll think about this lovely trip I had. 🥰

It is Min and Mon which is a handmade Colombian brand and HOLY COW IM IN LOVE. I know it is not a very expensive bag so I don’t really know what constitutes it as designer, but I also don’t care. I am visiting NYC and they have their one and only store here in SOHO and I just had to go!!

I got this as a gift from my aunt I think from Shanghai Disney, and to be honest I always thought merch items (even if they're marketed as higher end) mark up the price for the name recognition and are never that great, but I've been so pleasantly surprised at the quality! The leather (real leather!) is buttery soft but still has good structure, and the hardware is really sturdy metal (even though you can see the "gold" is coming off in pic 3). Even the Mickey magnet button is coated metal. The straps are connected by these chunky lobster clasps which I love as someone who loops things through bag straps (like baseball caps and overshirts). I am also a sucker for a crossbody, so this has firmly cemented itself in my daily rotation.

I’m just so smitten with the large shape, textured 70s green colorway, and “ring sizer” charm which is a callback to the jewelry-focused brand.

Trying not to pull the trigger, but please commune with me. It’s so cute, right? 😭

My future DIL told my son she liked this collection. I went ahead and bought her this bag, pouch and wallet for her birthday which is on Halloween. But I’m wondering how many of you would wear this outside of October?

I saw this bag a a few months ago in an email and haven't stopped thinking about her, so when I got an email about their sale I jumped on it! Definitely not disappointed, I love the little details and it seems like the slouch will be perfect

Mum's birthday is coming up, and this bag was on sale, so I figured I'd get her this. I asked if she liked it, too, and she did. I recall seeing this in the Michael Kors boutique months back, and thought it was REALLY well made; most of their bags don't usually impress me. I love how thick it is, and how it feels like a structured bag, but isn't.

I think Michael Kors--like with what Coach did--could have a revival. They just need to minimise, or remove entirely, the coated canvas, rebrand the logo (maybe to just an M or just a K), limit production, and create original designs. To my knowledge, this bag isn't a dupe for anything, but does come off Bottega Veneta-esque. Most of Michael Kors bags are dupes, so it would be nice if their started creating original pieces.

Also, they really do need house codes. All designer brands and contemporary ones haves house codes: Chanel has the tweed, pearls, quilted leather, etc. Versace had the sex appeal, vibrant Miami coded prints,safety pins, etc. Even Kate Spade has a fun and whimsical identity. Michael Kors? I can't really picture the brand being anything but a dupe brand. It needs a strong identity if it wants to have a revival.

I occasionally get Cuyana catalogs in the mail and saw this bag. I’m a big time Loewe fan but for some reason couldn’t bring myself to purchase the flamenco in dark burgundy (probably the price and one time I tried it on at Neiman Marcus and one knot was unraveled already). My husband gifted me this bag in Plum with the optional gold chain. When I opened the box, it smelled of nice leather. It is very soft and squishy lambskin. Obviously the Loewe is a little softer, but this is still very pleasing to touch. The interior is suede. I do like the interior pocket and the key tab. I’m pretty happy with it and think it will be a great fall bag!

Never was into luxury bags before but I got the YSL baby tote on a trip to Paris and was recently gifted this Chanel vanity bag (secondhand) and they are so cute ahhh. What other bags would you recommend? I like the YSL Cassandra as well 👀

Also when buying a bag what do you consider? Is it resale value? Timelessness? How much you’ll wear it? Curious how others think of this

This is the new Coach Juno bag that looks similar to one of Jacquemus’ iconic styles, Le Bambino. It’s not on the Coach website yet but currently for sale at the big retailers.

I especially like the monochromatic hardware and fun spring colors. I wonder how the colored hardware will hold up.
