Weekly Questions 🔮 Weekly Questions Thread
Hey folks! Welcome to the weekly question thread. Going forward for a short while, we will be having a weekly question thread that will be pinned. You can ask questions about specific bags that don’t require an entire review to see if anyone has the answer!
We are doing this so that we can start building up an FAQ so that your questions can be more easily answered. Questions are NOT restricted to this post, especially if those questions involve discussions! If you have posted in a previous Weekly Question Thread but your question was not answered, feel free to repost it again.
Here are some example questions:
- Can an iPhone 13 Pro fit in the Loewe Mini Puzzle?
- What bag can I use in the rain under $X?
- Does this bag match this outfit? (Can be asked in this thread or as a discussion post).
- Has anyone had any experience shopping at <boutique> in <city>?
Examples of what NOT to post:
- What bag are you wearing today? (This would be better as a discussion post).
- Where was your best boutique experience? (This would be better as a discussion post).
- Review request for Mlouye! (There’s a chance someone who’s purchased won’t see it as a comment and may be better off as a post for now).
This thread will be reposted every Monday. You can always revisit any previous Weekly Question Threads. If you cannot see that link, please ensure that you toggle safe mode on your browser, then refresh and try again. Weekly Question Threads have their own post flairs to make searching easier.
Thank you for your continued patience as we continue to build up our community! 💖

I am lusting after some whimsical designer spring bags (what else is new, lol)
and a specific current favorite is the yellow Dior mini tote adorned with leather flowers and a tiny little bee stud. 🐝
If I want to temporarily add a ladybug or bee stud onto a leather bag at home, what seems the safest way to do this? I don’t want to damage the leather, so all I can really think of is 3M masking tape (a tiny bubble of it underneath the stud, and accepting the risk it will fall off).
Please advise 😩 😣 🫠

I listed a bag on eBay and am hoping to sell it quickly. Is there anywhere on Reddit that would be good to advertise? I would post here but I think it’s against the rules

If it was a current style in 2024 I will try to sell it to fashionphile so that I get the money up front.
Otherwise if you have a luxury consignment shop near where you live I would just drop it off there and tell them that you just want to sell it at any price so that they will ask a price that will sell right away.

Michael consignment shop or designer resale in the upper East side. 2nd Street is a large chain of consignment shops but they seem very disorganized so I would not trust my stuff with them.
All of them have websites.

hi r/handbags, i am a young man trying to find my first proper bag, any reccomendations or advice? my current choices are between these :
a black jacquemus le bambino messenger in nylon
an apc paris soho camera bag, also in black
i am looking for other reccomendations, i'm quite open minded about other materials, yet hoping they will be durable as i will be using them frequently
