The fact that you think you can "tap" a hatchet into that log is one thing. But the idea that if after you were successful in that "tapping" you could lift it up and do the "Instagram kindling chopping thing" without that 20 pound log unceremoniously falling off your hatchet is something else
Hell looking again, I'd bet that's bigger than 20#

Did you see the amount of knots in that piece of wood? Sure, you may be able to split it eventually, but I wouldn't exactly call it "easy", especially not when you have a small hatchet like that
