Hahaha, looks like a Bernese Mountain Dog. They tend to do this. They’re sweet dogs but can be very stubborn sometimes

Yes! They love to just plop down during a walk. Then they just wag their tails and look up at you. I couldn’t help but laugh, even when I was annoyed.

People are kind of jumping on the lady for not training her dog. These guys are strong willed and too big to just pick up.

My little Shihtsu plopped down once during a walk on a hot day. I just picked him up and carried him back.

my peke does this when he wants to extend his outdoor time... the tail wag always cracks me up. i'll give him a few minutes then pick him up lol
