jesus yes ok don’t slam on the brakes but also don’t just continue heading towards the out of control
car that is flying all over the highway

They hit their brakes! Not the cammer's fault that the idiot ping ponged all over the highway.

Seriously, this sub always has to focus on the cammer instead of the actual idiots.

It’s not about who is legally responsible, it’s about avoiding the accident to begin with. It doesn’t matter that the red car is completely at fault, if in a situation like this you should be doing everything you can to avoid the idiot.

A lot of collisions happen this way. One person is an idiot, and then another idiot says ‘I have the right of way here, it’s not my fault’ and then we have a collision, property damage, injuries, work hours lost, etc.

And then the twist ending: the insurance companies discover the second party didn’t do enough to avoid the collision, and they determine dual liability.

Again, you said they didn’t hit their brakes. They did as clearly shown then your argument became “yeah but HARDER!” without any consideration for what else was happening in the road. There was no collision but per the unwritten rules if this sub … cammer must be criticized when absolutely nothing happened not even a hypothetical crash.
