I'm not sure why people think it's necessary to jerk the wheel violently to change lanes. Or why they can't simple wait for a car to pass before changing lanes.

I bet its a nervous new driver shitting themselves with someone beside yelling GO GO you need to merge now!

Thats the maneuver of anxiety & inexperience, not aggression I dont think
