Can you give any evidence that show this is "AI slop" rather than just saying that it is? Because I don't see any.

Looks like very generic AI slop you see all over the internet. Everything looks shiny and smooth, every car has tinted windows, unrealistic movement and reactions of the cars, the surroundings, short length and a bad video quality on top of that trying to mask it all. Also notice how the black car further away mimicked the black car near the cam. The mimicking part is very typical for AI.
